I was on the verge of pulling everything that I had for BMO and moving to a different institution put Marcus( and all of the individuals who work inside) has completely changed my mind it is a wonderful banks to work with.

Drive thru constantly closed! Unacceptable!

For the second time this month BMO Harriis went out of their way to show me that they do not care about customer service. I brought cash and a deposit slip for my checking account. The lady in the drive thru was not happy that i brought in a large sum of cash. She told me that i should have gone into the lobby with that amount of cash. She also told me that i created extra work for her by bringing the cash to the drive thru and not the l did not know that there was a limit to how much cash you can bring into the drive thru but there is. What should have been a simple routine transaction dragged on be for 15 minutes. At BMO they get mad if you ask questions about your account and they don't want to be overwhelmed in the drive thru. This is not good.

Thank you Jason G for all your help! Myself along with my colleagues at work all appreciate your help with transitioning most of us to BMO. It was a pleasure to work with a banker who made it such an easy process. I'll recommend all of our new hires to you! Great representation of BMO!
