I walked in without an appointment hoping to get a new debit card, and was helped right away! Inez Nash was SO HELPFUL and SO KIND- she even updated my old checking account so I was not charged a service fee. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was. A new debit card was created and handed to me right there, pin and all READY TO USE:) Ask for Inez! She is wonderful :)

We had issues with an account, and Grafton & Cedarberg bank wouldn’t give us any straight answers. So then I called the Saukville branch to ask them for help. They say the account is being investigated by their specialist. It’s been 8 months since we’ve switched banks, and we haven’t heard a word. The account was my husbands vehicle loan. Your customer service is lousy. Lady in the drive thru got mad at me for asking questions. Three times she cut the mic off while I was talking to her. The woman could not understand why I was mad. She expects me to be nice to her but she is not nice to me. I am not going to play childish games. The branch manager did not seem concerned. I will not come here again. You should get zero stars. When it is all said and done at the end of the day bmo Harris does not care. I will look for a bank with friendly positive people.

Thank you Jason G. for all your help. I recently moved to Green Bay from the Grafton area so I knew I'd need a new bank that's available to me in Green Bay. Jason came to my job and help me set it all up. I opened a new Checking and Savings account, he made the process super easy. Given I've been banking with a local bank for the longest. He definitely gave off a great first impression of BMO and I'm excited to start my relationship with BMO. Thank you again Jason G. for all your help! I called ahead to ask if they had a notary and if one would be available during lunch. The woman in the phone was very nice and said that they had multiple people that would be able to help me. When I arrived, using my 30 minute lunch break to go there for this, they were helpful until one woman asked if I banked there and then informed me that they only notarize for people that bank with them. That would have been nice to know. I would have called other banks and not wasted my lunch break.

As I was looking up BMO on google to find the phone number and I was disappointed by this review posted by Nikoly. I've recently moved to cedarburg, and Chalres assisted me with opening a couple accounts and helped me with everything i needed, he was an absolute delight.
