BAD BAD
IF I COULD HOVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ALL DAY!!!!
If you are looking for a shop that will look out for you THIS IS NOT THE ONE! If you have money to blow this may be the one for you! I have had many bad experiences with this auto shop the (dodge dealer) side not the (truck and auto) side. I repeat do not take your vehicle to the Dodge side of 5 corners they will not express any information till billing and will always try to get any bit from your hard earned money!

Took my car in due to a failure to my thermostat a part which they replaced less then a year ago. The only reason I took it back was cause it should be under their warranty! Not only did they not look into that part AT ALL but they ran a diagnostic on my car and came back with a whole new problem stating it would be $2200… this place is the absolute worst dealership/service department, even management is not up to standard by far coming out and trying to intimidate people is just so low and speaks words as to who a man is ! Do not take your vehicle to this place take it to RUSS DARROW IN WEST BEND! They will set you up and not give you the run around!

Matt our salesman was excellent. We bought a 2024 Jeep Compass. He explained everything to us. Told us if we have questions to call him or stop in He was always friendly and no pressure to buy the car. We highly recommend Matt if you are looking to buy a vehicle at 5 corners
