Great vet, easy to work with. They changed their pricing algorithm and now charge by the minute. I asked the vet to please move their vehicle closer to the barn and they refused. Ended up going to the vehicle 4 times and the vet bill was a trip charge, the vaccination and blood work cost plus time ended up being over 200 dollars for the visit.. total bill was well over 400 dollars, almost 500 for 2 Coggins blood draws and 4 rabies shots. I would have pre filled out paperwork, had all the animals tied in the barn, insisted on the vet parking closer. I've never paid so much money for shots and blood work. I don't know what to think about all that. But I certainly would have attempted to do things differently if they're charging 300 dollars an hour. I guess if you're doing a medical exam and procedure I expect that kind of bill.. but for shots, that was hard to swallow.

Charged for a examination and missed the most important thing that was wrong with the calf. Nice calf and a rare breed. This missed examination, if caught earlier perhaps could have been a big help in treating her, now it may be the cause of her death. Was told her not moving around much with the herd was because she was malnourished. Her mom is extremely old and does not have sufficient milk. So milk replacer I feed her daily can never do as good a job as a cow that a calf can drink of 24 hrs a day. Of course she will not be as good a condition as a calf like this. Turns out her funny walking and standing, I did not understand or ever see this before, was what is called Contracted tendons/ Lax tendons/ Crooked Calf Leg. He lower joint will not bend ahead enough and as she gets bigger makes it harder for her to get around. If treated early it gives a better change to correct it. It was not advised to me that she had this disorder. At that time she could walk, but in a odd kind of way, and stand but never seem to walk more than a couple hundred feet. Now she does not get up, and when I get her up, does not walk more than ten feet. It is a tragedy of this company and their incompetence in a simple open your eyes and see examination would have seen this. Any professional vet should have seen this within seconds of looking at her stand and walk. Do not contact this over priced company stay away. Could be a matter of life and death in my opinion.

Dr. Matt did a fantastic job trying to save my beloved Daisy, when my regular vet couldn't make it to my barn. I will be a client for life! Everyone was so great from the ladies in the office and the vets who helped with my horses.

Dr. Matt is super knowledgeable and friendly! I just met him for the first time today and he did a float on my gelding. Within the first 10 minutes he was able to tell me why he's been so terrible with his mouth that no other vet/dentist has caught in the last 6yrs I've owned him! Im very impressed and i will definitely be using this clinic going forward!!

We love you Dr. Matt you helped Apollo keep his eye sight, you never got frustrated with my 5 million questions, you were very patient and always explain things so we could understand what was going on with him. Your staff is great at returning phone calls and making sure patients get exactly what they need. You have been the best vet ever.
