I have been getting a quarter of Beef from a third party for the last five years and Quality cuts has been cutting, wrapping, and freezing it. Quality cuts always has everything wrapped as I requested. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Jennifer wheeled all the boxes right out to the vehicle and even help load it. I also had venison processed and it’s been great.

It grieves me very much to have to write this. Last year I had QCM butcher and package our half grass fed cow purchased through a third party. This year we had another butcher do the same thing. We got a lot more meat in our freezer this year than last. And the cow last year was bigger.

I've only bought the sausage products here and I'm pretty happy with them. Sausage sticks, jalapeño and cheese sticks, apple and Cheddar sticks, all have been good. The summer sausage with garlic is great, lots of mustard seeds. Just tried the plain brats, good flavor. They have a price for landjager, but they haven't had any the past few times I've been there. Prices aren't too bad. Support the small town butcher! Update 6/13/23 Stopped in and they had the Landjager, glad I bought 3 pounds right away. Very flavorful! Should be there all the time! Great stuff!

The place was clean, owner (I think) was very professional and efficient and friendly.Nice variety with decent prices.Honey barbecue beef sticks were awesome, at a good price!

Stopped in last week & picked up some steak, hamburger & snack sticks! Today I stopped back to get some more steak! Everything was ever so delicious ?!!

A couple buddy's and I had a couple 100 lbs of meat to process. Quality Cut Meat did a real nice job making a variety of brats, snack sticks, summer sausage, and burger. Good stuff.Thanks to Jennifer and team.????

The customer service is great. All employees are friendly. I bought sticks in addition to picking up my beef, and it was excellent.
