Have not been getting my mail for weeks. Filed complaint. Still no mail. Losing hundreds of dollars of packages. Awful service.

Always getting mail for people who dont live at my place. Missing mail all the time. Had the key for a package and the mailbox was empty n package is mia. People dont know the difference between south and north... Wonder is these people even have a GED..
