Took vehicle in for alignment problems, got it back and the steering was so loose and shaky it was unsafe to drive. Took it back to them and they said they fixed it, we are still having problems 2 years later. We had it in to another mechanic who noticed bolts holding struts were loose and he had never seen that before. Don't trust these people unless you have time for a lawsuit which I do not. They have no idea what they are doing. I live local, ask if you don't believe me.

When I say Flyod is great, they are! Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable on cars o and the young lady don't let looks deceive you because she's a lady!!! She definitely know her stuff. I just can't express how great shop is work was done in timely manner, prices were the best around and of course my car is great. Whenever I visit here in northern Wisconsin if I ever run up on car issues I will definitely being going there! Hands down there the best in my book. I encourage all to go there especially if you've went so where else and the quote seems unreasonable! These guys and gal are very honest hard working people and I'm thankful I meet them!
