Daniel and the staff are always informative and courteous. They explain things and have been apologetic during the remodel process. I pay a bit more for prescriptions but appreciate the personalized service.

Daniel is the definition of a community pharmacist. He genuinely cares about every single patient. He prioritizes his patients over everything else, and would open early and/or stay late if that meant helping one of his patients. He goes above and beyond. He is very kind. Technicians Sam and Tracy are both rock stars as well. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

The good folks at Forward Pharmacy in Cambridge (and Deerfield) are just excellent. The service is exemplary, the techs and pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly. Outstanding customer service. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and caring, which is true for all staff members. Questions are answered thoughtfully. This pharmacy is dedicated to supporting the health needs of the community.

My compliments to Dan at Forward Pharmacy in Cambridge. We feel fortunate to have such a professional pharmacist and staff in our small town. Every time I've been in, Dan has always provided me with excellent consultation on the medications we are using. I've never had this level of service at most large pharmacies in bigger communities. Dan and his staff at Forward Pharmacy are a great asset to the Village of Cambridge!

I have have a complicated medication regimen, and the sraff has been very accommodating with special orders and billing. I have also relied upon Dan the pharmacist several times to answer questions about medication side effects and interactions. Just this week he went out of his way to find answers for me and about a comex vaccine scheduling protocol. I appreciate the great customer service we receive in Cambridge.
