Only reason for 2 stars is because staff at the office are always very nice and helpful. Giving 2 stars because the mail drivers are always putting the wrong mail in mailboxes. Always get someone else’s mail when it isn’t even the correct address.

Live in a neighborhood where 98% of the homes have a covered porch. Having said this, couldn't understand that ONLY the USPS was leaving packages outside by garage doors instead of on the porch. Saw mail driver do this and went outside and asked why this was. It was explained to me that they don't have to put packages on the porch, as I stood in the pouring rain with my package outside on the ground, in front of my garage door!!!!! The package was getting rained on!!! Ridiculous!!!

Rude AF! Also with Covid having to drop packages in the back they have misplaced one package and delayed the shipping 3 days, and literally lost another! Made a formal complaint with USPS about this location. I suggest you do the same. I have moved on to using the Madison location near Woodman's west, or My Horeb. Both are very friendly and don't lose packages.. unbelievable.

This post office is teeny tiny, but it gets the job done! Once you walk in hang a left and there's a very small room with the counter for getting items mailed and buying stamps. There was one person ahead of me and both of our transactions were quick - I was in and out in under five minutes (probably closer to three). The counterperson was nice and even gave me my choice of stamps for the one letter I had to mail in addition to my package.
