My letter carrier is the worst. I have had a piece of mail to be sent out in my box for the last 3 days, and today she even slowed down to look, but STILL did NOT take the piece of mail. With this lock down, they need to be more vigilant about picking up mail from everyone. I have to give a rating, but she does NOT deserve...
