First off, this is not a "typical" trucking company. Drivers here are the public face of Alsum Produce. Driving local/regional is the main focus. Some farm knowledge is a definite plus. It's not really an over-the-road company although there are some long hauls. Drivers here should wear work boots because there is work being done.
