“My husband and I decided to take our 5 year old Schnoodle, Zoey in for a second opinion after she was diagnosed with high blood pressure. The diagnosis was based off one single visit that was extremely stressful for her. The doctor she was seeing at that time recommended that she take high blood pressure medication twice daily and be checked in two months. This did not sit well with neither my husband nor myself. I decided to ask around for recommendations and thats when we were told about how wonderful the doctors and staff at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic are.I was able to schedule an appointment not only in a timely manner, but a time that worked well for both my husband and my schedule. The girls at the front desk took care of calling her previous clinic and having all the records sent over.Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiling faces with a large white board welcoming all the new pet clients to their practice. The waiting room was clean, nice and roomy.Upon getting called back, a tech welcomed us to the clinic and took us back to the exam room. We waited not even two minutes and Dr. Taylor came in and introduced himself to both my husband, myself, and our Schnoodle, Zoey. He answered every single question and concern we had. Not one time did we feel rushed. We both could tell that Dr. Taylor truly loves what he does and has the best interest in your pet.We are so thankful we found Dr. Taylor and the staff at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic. Our Zoey does not have high blood pressure after all, it was perfectly normal after they took a series of them. He ran a couple blood tests (that he only recommended if we wanted to compare results of where she was currently at vs was). He completely let it up to us. He was not pushy one bit. We decided to go forward with the blood tests.A couple days later the tests came back. I was amazed that Dr. Taylor (himself) called and not a tech or receptionist. Once again hats off on having the best interest of the pet. Again, he throughly explained everything and answered any questions. I never felt rushed one bit either. The results were also sent via email for our reference.So if your looking for a new Veterinary Clinic, look no further. I promise you will LOVE the doctors and the staff here. I have never received personal attention before as I do from Hales Corners Vet. The office is always welcoming and goes out of its way to ensure that dogs and cats are kept safe in their lobby. I appreciate this having reactive dogs myself. The facility is always clean and organized. The doctors show great compassion in their work. I can easily tell that they love what they do. “My four year dog was really sick, and she went downhill within a 2 day period. She went in with a UTI, and the next day, she would not move. She had something going on with her immune system. They had her come 3 times to check on her. The office would call on days she hadn't come in to find out how she was doing.She is doing so much better. “Hands down one of the best vets! I put all my trust in them! Magnolia Springs is compassionate and truly cares for animals. They run the most up to date testing that not all local vets run. We learned through pre-anesthesia bloodwork/Pro-BNP that our beloved kitty had HCM at 4 years old. Thankfully with them running Pro-BNP (unlike most other vets) we knew it wasn’t safe for him to be put under for teeth cleaning. Magnolia Springs helped us get connected with a cardiologist for further testing/diagnostics (echocardiogram/ultrasound) to be sure of what treatment/plan of care we needed for our cat moving forward. They continued to help assist with Milos annual needs as well as his HCM routine blood work/pre-scan testing 2x per year - and continued to show nothing but support for our kitty and myself. Milo is asymptomatic, non-progressive and living his happiest life with a small dose of preventative (blood thinning) medication. Grateful for Magnolias Springs diagnostics - and for helping us catch HCM early so that we can properly monitor our little fur baby! Forever thankful for this incredible vet.”

“Franksville Veterinary Clinic was able to help me at one of the toughest times in my life, the death of a dear pet after he'd been missing for weeks, even though I live elsewhere and was 500 miles away at the time my dog was found deceased. They stored his remains and held them during my return trip for final viewing and arranged for cremation services so I could transport him back home out of state.”
