Back again. This time my own fault driving a low clearance car on “road” that was only fit for 4x4 trucks. Hammered a rock and cracked my oil pan in two places. “Quick, Friendly & Reasonably Priced. In looking for a steering column replacement, every place had a 1-2 week wait. Jeff's was able to do it within a few days. A second steering column replacement was needed a week later ( ) and, again, was able to get in on Monday, out on Thursday. The guys and the work they do are great. Definitely recommend.”

“I need to Thank the owner of Franklin Automotive (Bruce). Did a brake job on my Ford Escape. Did an excellent job. Afterwards we had a strange noise. Took it back to Bruce.
He immediately took the car in & found problem with the new brakes.
He order a new set . Waited for delivery and replaced the faulty set.
Stayed after his closing time to complete the replacement job.

“Recently brought my car in because the engine light had come on. I explained the problem to them and they asked me some questions. They told me that because I had bought a couple of back to back tanks of premium gas this might be the problem. They suggested I go back to putting regular in and give that a try. Sure enough I put regular in and the engine light went out and hasn’t come back on since. Girard’s could have said yea we can hook it up and run costly diagnostic tests but they didn’t. They were honest and helped me out with an easy fix. I would recommend Girards to all my family and friends. They are terrific people. And now a days finding a gem like Girards can be hard!! I have never paid nor has any company I've worked for ever paid more than $60 for a flat repair.Yes I gave them 5 stars because the employees deserve it but beware, the cost of things might surprise you.”

“Your associates at this location are amazing. We were stranded with a blown trailer tire and couldn’t find any other business to help us. Your location didn’t have the exact tire we needed but said if we brought them a tire they would get us back on the road. The business that we bought the tire from “Farm and Fleet”, sold us a tire but could not install it on the rim for two days. We bought the tire from them and brought it to your shop and you had us back on the road in less than two minutes!! This happened Saturday September 4th at 11:00 am.
