I was returning an item to Amazon I pulled up my QR code she assisted me and walked me through it and it was done within 5 minutes. When I was having a problem with the printer to print some pictures on letter size papers he didn't hesitate to help and asked me just to email them to the shop email address and took care of the rest professionally.
