Yellowstone Cheese is a great little local cheese shop just off the highway. It offers the bestest cheese in this neck of the woods, with a great variety of cheeses, including white cheddar curds, pepper jack, and herb cheeses. The cheese curds are some of the best, noted for being squeaky and soooo good, though it is recommended to get there early for the fresh ones. The shop also has a very nice selection beyond cheese, including pepper sticks, sausages, snack sticks, candy, fudge, and other local products. It is a great place to grab a dish of Olson's Ice Cream, with flavors like awesome blackberry and vanilla. The store is very clean with friendly staff and provides shipping across America.

We often go to this cheese store on our trips thru the Cadott area. They have fresh cheese curds several days per week. Large variety of cheese, meat snacks and specialty items.

Fudge & ice-cream, many small gifts that they can put into a gift box to mail. Some meat sticks, honey, syrup and jam too. Very interesting place. No photos or videos allowed inside, although they do have a viewing area for the factory side.
