we brought our truck in to get the dump capacity increased they quoted 2000..00 when we picked it up it was $3100.00 we decided not to fight about it to much as long as we got at least 2000 lbs move capacity. Well after we were able to test it out we didn't feel we were getting any more capacity.. I went back to them and voiced my concern and after two months of them giving me a song and dance I went to dealer that deals with the unit they installed and was told that you will not get any more capacity with the unit they put in . They cheated you. I would post the invoice but there isn't a place to attach a doc. it clearly states customer wants more capacity... To sum this up I received nothing for the $3100.. plus I gave them... I ask the department look into there fraud. Thanks Steve

Had to pick up some parts for Speedy Peedy Towing and the girl was very helpful and loaded them on the flatbed with a forklift!!

I ordered a replacement seal kit and a new spring for my plow truck over a year ago.They never called to tell me the parts were in. when the plow stopped working completely this winter they set an appointment at the westbend location for me to come in when I sent my employee there with the truck my employee says they were rude and did not have record of our appointment.A few days later they still did not fix the plow no seal kit no new spring then told me they were just going to wash their hands with the truck because they didn’t want to deal with it anymore.Then when I called to politely just inform the owner at the Milwaukee location of the problem he decided to hang up on me. No conflict no bad words no threats just being man to man business owner to business owner.Worst service I’ve ever experienced! O yeah and they charged me $300.00 for looking at the plow which was never repaired.I sure hope the manager and owner sees this review I’ll definitely be filing a law suit based off principal alone.Totally unprofessional company stay far far away.

Bob and Deric are amazing! The service team is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with! If you have any issues with a commercial vehicle you go to them! Im a steamfitter HVAC/plumber and they have helped me keep my truck running so i can provide for my family!

It's not a place for the cheapo zeepo but they know their stuff and are accurate as it comes to figuring out issues with snow plows. And they stay open late to accommodate us snow powers in our time of need. Excellent service, attitudes & customer service!

I called there to get a quote for a new blade for my Western plow and talked to Pao Yang. he made an appointment with him to install it on my truck. When I arrived there, after driving for 50 minutes, he was not there. Then the employee that was there wanted me to come back on a different day and I told them that I was not going to drive that distance again because of their irresponsibility. Finally, they got somebody else to install it, but the price then was higher. I will not recommend this place, it took them over 3 hours to resolve who was going to install it.
