“After I had hit a chunk of ice/snow on South 92nd Street near Oklahoma Avenue, that I assume dropped off of a truck removing ice/snow piles that existed in parking lots after the heavy wet snow and then extremely cold weather experienced in January.There was significant damage to the front end of my van.I called a friend, who used to work in the used car business, he recommended Studer Auto Body on South Hawley Road.Studer Auto arranged for towing, provided a timely and reasonable estimate, and worked with my insurance Co. to get an appropriate settlement.Bob Studer, office manager, kept me informed. Dispite difficulty of locating parts, they completed repairs in about 2 weeks.”

“Straight Line Collision really supported me through a difficult timeline. I was in Milwaukee visiting from out of town when someone side swiped me on the freeway. With limited time and resources, I could not find a body shop that could take care of my work for over a month. When I came across Straight Line, not only did they get me in right away for my estimate, but they also helped push the process through quicker as much as possible when it came to dealing with insurance. “I would give these guys 10 stars if possible, and that still wouldn't be enough! I called to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter that had 3 dents on the slider door. This is a work van, but I like to keep it looking good. I texted the photos to Acci-Dent and they got back to me in 2 minutes with a quote. I came in, and met Mike, who has over 20 years of experience in paintless dent removal. He got me in within minutes and even allowed me to hang out while he was doing the work. His passion for this industry really showed by him walking me through the process of what he was doing step by step (although most of it went over my head, haha). He finished his work, and changed me less than what I was quoted. Disclaimer: I am someone who cares deeply for my vehicles and I do all of my own work on them. I rarely trust anyone at all to work on them. However, I 100% trust Mike at Acci-Dent. He really knows what he is doing AND is passionate about doing the best job possible.”

“I went here recently for a emission test and it was great. The staff is friendly and welcoming in the process took less than 5 minutes.The only downside to my visit was actually finding the building. I was able to see it from the alley but I had no way of figuring out the entrance. Luckily, the Auto Care facility right in front of it guide me to the right location and from there I was able to see the small dot emission sign on the building.”
