I can't speak to their products, but the fact that they provide a free "Flag Status Alert" service that allows a user to get emails for ANY (or all) states as well as Federal is absolutely wonderful.

Great company!! I got an old flag that is about 30 years old repaired here and bought new ones for the daily flying. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The new flags I received are very nice and look great, I got the extra reinforcement on both the US and POW/MIA flags. Thank you Karen
