Lynnea, the owner, is very knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service skills.
I brought my Rav4 in for noise with the back door where the wheel hangs. Lynnea had one of her techs look and quickly determine the Rav4s have an issue with the door shifting due to the added weight of the tire.
I scheduled a day to have the work performed, and upon pick up, the bill was under $100!!
I had taken my car elsewhere for an estimate, and they were replacing the back door latch and other parts for almost $700. ?
I'm back to enjoying a much quieter ride!
What a gem of a business located in Burlington!

This is the place to take your car for repairs. Someone backed into my car and I took it to Warren’s. They were great at communicating with me in regards to what repairs my car needed and got me in as quick as possible. They were so thorough and once I got my car back it looked brand new. They gave it a car wash and cleaned the inside for me as well. Very very happy with the quality and service I got.

I took my Neissan Rouge to Warrens Auto Body to have my front bumper repaired after a hit and run accident. I have taken my car there before because they go out of their way for you. They buffed out my headlight that wasn't even damaged in the accident and they didn't charge me. Lynnea the women in the office was very friendly and helpful. She even offered to pick me up if l had no way to get my car. When l picked my car up the front end and the headlights looked beautiful. I couldn't be more satisfied. They washed my car and cleaned out the intire inside, floor mats, seats, dashboard. It was spotless. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I have gone to them in the past because my passenger door was kicked in. I had got an estimate from another Auto Body shop for over $2,000 to repair it. Warrens Auto Body took a plunger to the door and popped out the dent and they didn't charge me a dime. I would recommend them for all your car repairs. I am very pleased with the work they do. Thank you to Lynnea and the staff for great work and support.

My car was totaled in an accident. I brought my car to Warren and they took some time before they were able to get an open stall to check the damages. The lady in the office who’s name I always get wrong, was very nice and even took the time to get my stuff out of the car since I couldn’t get out there after work. Overall good experience.

Front end damaged from hitting a deer. Very professional business, they called with updates of parts and repairs. I highly recommend them. They even did a complete interior and exterior detail.
