Was not helpful on Christmas Eve. Had a flat, but wouldn't patchbecause "they were told not to do any major repairs that day". Wouldn't fix my tire NOR SELL ME A SET OF TIRES!! Only received a star because the yiung lady wirking there was kind. Guy in the garage took someone after me and made me 'check in' but not bg that guy. Helpedcright away! Manager treated me with I don't care attitude.

Don’t both even showing up, it’s never open. Could be cause all the beat offs got fired for stealing or they just don’t want to work. Would give a 0/5 if I could.

Generally, it is really good...My problem lies in the fact that I've been trying to get an oil change and tire rotation for over a month now. My tires are through Walmart, so no fee, and my oil change. I typically like the service and convenience of Walmart.Well, I was told about a month ago that it was first come, first serve due to short-handed staff. I can respect that... Then I was told they had 0 available slots to take me in at all... For the next week...Okay, I'll give it a while. I tried again and was told I had to make an appointment. But that there were none available. So I waited...I called back to check for availability and was told I needed an appointment again. The conversation then went as follows:Me: "I was told though that it was first come, first serve?"Employee: "Right, it is."M: "But I need an appointment?"E: "Yes."M: "Okay, do you have any appointments available?"E: "No, we are booked for atleast the next week."M: "Okay, when is your next one?"E: (Gives me date and time a week and a half from now)M: "Okay, I guess I'll take that one!"E: "And what is it for?"M: "An oil change and tire rotation."E: "Oh, sorry, I can't schedule appointments for that. I can only schedule appointments for tire installations. It is first come, first serve."I have legitimately had it with this store... the next two locations I tried closest to me, one said my truck was too big (2008 Dodge Ram 1500) and they wouldn't be able to do it, but that the guy that used to work there would break the rules all the time for people. But they don't do that anymore. He then referred me back to my home store (this one in burlington). The other location was down to 1 employee and was short staffed due to covid, also about a 45 minute drive away. With a toddler, I couldn't afford the risk driving there waiting 3 hours just to see if I could be penciled into their schedule.I use to brag about you guys...I tried to refer everyone to you! You guys were the team that made me want to stick with Walmart Auto Care Center! Now... this...I'm about ready to schedule an appointment to have my tires installed, and when I come in, tell them, oh... sorry, my tires didn't arrive yet. But since I'm here, can you do a rotation and change the oil?Mind you, this is after the debaucle of my practically brand new spare tire going missing when I had my tires installed. (They installed the wrong rim and left the flat tire in my truck bed).I wasn't too mad about it. Granted it took nearly a month for them to find a (decent) replacement and fix the mistake. But they did try and fix it.This... this madness is infuriating!First come, first serve-by appointment only....

Continuation of my review... I got an oil change and the technician who worked on my truck in the lower or undercarriage of ít used a torque wrench to put the drain plug back in and cross threaded it. The next 2 plus days after it leaked consistently, dripping every 5 seconds until it was almost dry. I was able to make it back to the Walmart Auto Care center where they did see and admitted it was their mistake. It was temporarily fixed by them putting in a "self tapper" in place of where the cross threaded drain plug was. They also said that the next time I need and oil change I'd have to have the old oil HVAC'd out, that it wouldn't be able to be drained put. Also, that I needed a new drip pan and due to their mistake, I could file a claim with their claims department and they'd most likely find in my favor, that they would be responsible for replacing the drip pan of which my vehicle is a dual drip pan. I am in process of filing a claim.

Tell us that they can't fix a screw in the tire. it's at a 22 degree angle there specs don't allow them to fix it.... where in life do you see such arrogance but they take the car after we told the what caused the leak took the tire off the car and off the rim. Wasting our time just to tell us the don't fix it..Service: Tires

Did open on time. At 7:25 they were closed and door locked. The person on the phone said tech was late. She could not give me a time and asked for me to wait.

This auto center is the worst. Went to get an oil change and the ignorant cashier thinks she knows all. Wanted to put 5-40w oil in my 2002 7.3 and the cashier said that I couldn't do it because that weight oil was not in the Walmart guide for oil. I live in a cold climate and Ford says to use 5-40 in cold climates. The store manager still did not understand anything but the Walmart Book. Who makes the Walmart book and why do they use it if it is wrong. I will not enter that store or do business with the Burlington store. I do spend a lot of money at this store. That will stop. I will never go in the store again. All prescriptions will be transferred.

Service was very slow, showed up early for my appointment and was taken a half hour late. They took longer than advertised for tire replacement.
