Use to be such well oiled machine. Now it doesn't matter if there's 2 cars or 6 in front of me the average wait time is 15 to 20 min. There also seems to be a high turn over rate for the pharmacy techs especially. Wich tells me it's management and or the company wich is sad just like all the employees. One thing they use to do was have you circle around if your meds wernt ready or going to be ready with in a reasonable amount of time this kept things going but I get that people arnt as willing and won't always work with that.

Asked question about pricing at checkout and was completely dismissed. Wouldn’t even look it up and seemed too bothered to even answer me. Where is the customer training and management. Will take my business elsewhere, but doubt they care.

You can’t buy anything here or get a prescription filled in a timely fashion period. Horribly understaffed. Staff that is here is completely incompetent.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I tried to get my prescription filled, which was approved by my doctor. When I went to pick it up, I was told, "We have nothing for you, sorry, there was a system malfunction. Have your doctor send it over again tomorrow." Annoying, but understandable.
The next day, my doctor sent the prescription again to the same location. My Walgreens app indicated it was received and pending insurance. To confirm, I called the pharmacy, but the staff claimed no prescription was sent over. Frustrated, I thought it might just need more time to appear in their system. However, an hour later, I received a notification from Walgreens stating my prescription had been canceled without any explanation.
When I called back, the staff again denied receiving any prescription or canceling it. I confirmed with my doctor that it had been sent and provided proof. I called Walgreens again, and the staff member kept relaying my questions to her manager, who instructed her on what to tell me. When I asked to speak directly with someone who could actually answer my questions, I was told there was no one else available to help.
Three days passed with no medication, no apologies, and no solutions. My doctor's office also received the same runaround. For the sake of your health and sanity, switch to CVS. I'll gladly drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid this shady place.

Walgreens app doesn't tell you why, when they delay a prescription, or when it is expected to be filled. When you call to find out why you must go through multiple menus and sub-menus only to talk to a rude employee that transfers you to another rude employee that asks all the same questions that are already documented in your app. Walgreens is to be avoided unless you have no other choice. Walgreens is just not a service oriented company.

This is associated with the pharmacy: Sadly, they are rude and cannot explain why Walmart processes my prescriptions without an issue but they cannot. The are not solutions people. They are understaffed and aren't willing to see their own shortfalls. I have asked them to stop calling my independent physician's office about a prescription I not longer get through them. My medications are old school. Nothing new or out of the box. Snotty on the phone. Sad, as I given them 2 stars as I am from Burlington and would like to hope for the best. They must have so much volume that they can no longer handle the issues in a kind and considerate mannor. My insurance does not require preauthorization. They insist it does. Walmart knows that it does not. Drive-through no more.

Two different times I've gone for my script in the drive thru and it wasn't ready. 1st time they said 10 mins and they would text me when ready. I waited in the parking lot for 25 mins. No text. Drove back thru drive thru and they said it still wasn't ready. In total i waited 50 mins!!! Then just went thru drive thru again for a refill that was called in an hour ago. She said it wasn't ready yet and that they were getting ready to close for lunch so it wouldn't be ready til they got back. I arrived at 1:15....they close for lunch at 1:30. Noone else was in line... And your telling me you can't fill my refill in 15 mins before lunch??? What HORRIBLE service. They could care less about their customers.

Horrible pharmacy, I will never fill a prescription again with this business. I will drive an extra 20 miles to avoid endless issues with this pharmacy. CVS will get all of my business. Trying to scam deductible money the first of the year when my insurance didn’t have one. Two years in a row. It most of been a store policy I listen to them do it to every costumer in check out line. What a horrible thing to do, not ethical or morally right!!! Ended after talking to insurance, I made Walgreens and there manager right a $400 dollar check.

I asked the bald headed pharmacist a simple question and he became very agressive towards me.

There was some confusion over a script that I desperately needed refilled. The pharmacy tech was extremely helpful on making sure that we tracked down which location the refill was located at. With it being a weekend there was no way I could have made it til Monday to try and figure things out with my doctor's office. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion!!

Prescription never filled when ordered. They don’t even start until I arrive to pick it up. When I call, pharmacy staff is always RUDE and makes up different lies about the same order.
