why do my delivery's come with the boxes all broken up sometimes like today the parts are sticking out of the box this is stupid it like you do not care about your shipments this happens a lot I don't have this problem with ups or fed x you need to take pride in your service

I was at the PO today to mail a package out and stood in line behind a customer going off the young man behind the counter as he explained to her 3-4 times why letter was retuned, I didn't catch his name ( blond hair). That young man kept his cool and professionalism throughout that whole thing, kudos to you young man, well done even after she told you " she didn't have time for this" and stormed off. Your staff is lucky to have you there.

Since we got a new mail carrier the pick n save coupons we got every month for years we now have only gotten like 3 times in last 6 months .

This location does not print labels. What the heck? It's no secret that USPS is a rip-off, but at least put some of our tax dollars towards a label printer. Staff is friendly.

Our Burlington post office may not be the biggest, BUT they are indeed the friendliest! They are very busy and you may have to wait in line, but you will have the best care and they will give their utmost attention to every customer, guaranteed.

I experienced a long wait time on a Saturday morning. Staff were polite and friendly, especially Jeff. He ensured I wasn't paying to much in postage and gladly hand-cancelled my postcard.

Went to pick up a package today was there before they closed and they told me that my package was with a different carrier and that they didnt have it with out even looking anything up. When my tracker states and literally shows on the map that's where it was delivered to. They were just lazy and didnt want to look for it. Then shoved me out of the store and locked the door. Terrible customer service.
