She is a wonderful asset to your staff and I know that the times I would need help with questions I've bypassed other stores to shop at TSC. Great store.. Very helpful staff. I called from 45 mins away, they were able to help me locate the item I was looking for, Held the item and had it ready when I arrived. Very satisfied with my experience. Not to mention, store was extremely clean and well stocked.

(Very qualified future employee) Very dissatisfied in the lack of follow through. 6 weeks ago today, I had my interview. On Tuesday following my interview, I revisted (kim) in person. I told her my situation had changed and I could fulfill the needs of the position. She told me she had not even taken a chance to review any of the other applications. And everything I have to offer was great. She promised me she would contact me within the week. After that week of not hearing from her, I left messages for her. (No response)2 weeks in a row. After no success of trying to reach anyone at TSC. I called another store. They relayed the message to Amy (district manager). I understand why they wouldn't give me her information, so I waited on a call back. I missed her call and she left me a message. TSC has an apparent problem of not wanting to be gotten a hold of. She wanted me to recall the store and leave her another message on which store I was applying for. I'm sure as an employee you want customer service and a fast response. However, you choose not to do so yourself. I questioned why she couldn't find that information in the system. Am I no longer in the system, or is it laziness? And why no direct contact? I appreciate the return call but have no interest in playing phone tag. I shop and use 90% of the products, can drive tow motor fork truck, can fill propane, load and unload trucks. Work (occasionall) evenings, and (occasionall) weekends, for a store suffering from lack of employees 6 weeks with no follow through?

Found everything I was looking for I needed for yard work and then some. They have cool western swag and my grandson enjoyed the live chicks and ducklings.

Picked up a gun safe yesterday. Hands down the best experience and most helpful staff I've encountered at any TSC store. Keep up the amazing service Burlington!

A good supply of farm related products. A limited variety of anything other than farm related items. Prices on many things are higher than average in my opinion. But that being said, they serve a purpose and have good supply of farming stuff and pet supplies as well.
