Tracy Lazzaro (Shore West Reality) was truly exceptional. The amount and time she put into selling our house was unbelievable! Tracy was working with the owner who had the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. Tracy was kind, patient, and considerate to his needs. She showed compassion as well. Tracy knew it would be hard for this man to move, because he had planted more than 250 trees on his property. At the time of closing she presented the home owner with a framed picture of his property. Tracy’s knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, and compassion made a potential chaotic situation go exceptionally well for the home owner. I will certainly refer my famil and friends to Tracy Lizzaro!
