“4th of July, stopped at this Walmart for a few items, when I went to leave, my low tire light was on. Seeing how much pressure I lost I knew it had to be a leak. I went right around to the back, and it looked as if the auto center was closed. That didn't surprise me being that it was a holiday, but then a man looked out at us and asked what was wrong, I explained the tire leak and, despite all the techs being gone for the day, he helped me find the leak and determine that the tire needed replacement, mounted and balanced it for me right there and we made it home with the car on a new tire. I believe he was the manager of automotive, named Andrew if memory serves. Thank you for helping us in a pinch. What could've been a huge dilemma ended up being just a quick, minor set back thanks to him still being there and willing to help us.”

“I have had mixed experiences at Walmart Auto Care Centers. However, I have only had satisfactory experiences at the Lake Geneva location. Most recently, there was an issue with a TPS sensor breaking that I supplied. Instead of doubling down on repair costs or trying to skirt the cost of their mistake, employee -Gordon- went out of his way to speak directly to the general manager. He was able to resolve the issue while keeping me, the customer, in mind. He stayed calm and explained all aspects of the solution. I don’t leave reviews often. Way to go Gordon!”
