Unfortunately, we needed to put down our dog..Dr Molitor helped in doing that. We just got a card saying that Molitor pets donated to the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Foundation in our pets name. You won't find that around to much!...Thank you Dr. Molitor!

Needs a new receptionist. Molitor is extremely empathetic and a great vet, I had taken my pet there and others in the past- always great! But this incident, I called in and the receptionist was short and unhelpful to say the least. She couldn’t find my dog on file (which I understand because it’s been a few years- Molitor isn’t her primary vet as im not local) and she was of no other help. I tried to explain the situation and she cut me off each time, and just hung up after being unsuccessful in finding my dog’s past file. My issue is that she couldn’t take a moment to help guide me somewhere else- I had taken my pet to the emergency vet prior and was hoping to get some help- but was left with nothing. After calling a second time, they did have my dogs medical history faxed from the emergency vet- I asked since they couldn’t see my dog at all if they could send it to country vet services (the next closest vet that squeezed my dog into the schedule?) and they said they would, but upon my arrival they never did? that receptionist couldn’t care less, which I get it, but that’s your job you should care a little!! Very disappointed to say the least!Jess never recommended an alternative emergency vet. She just hung up on me when in the middle of asking where she’d recommended I go. I understand policy and that you were busy, but she was not helpful at all. In addition, she never sent my file information to the vet that could see me dog after saying she would. So I’m disappointed to say the least.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Molitor for almost 10 years now, and I cannot give a high enough recommendation. From saving my (at the time) 1 year old kitten from a bladder infection another vet told us to put him down for, to diagnosing our senior cat's hyperthyroid after a potential cancer scare, and now our most recent addition: a breeder-release failure to thrive puppy who we thought for sure was doomed.
When we took in our Siberian Husky puppy, she was 14oz while the rest of her litter was closer to 10lbs, and she was active for an average of less than 15 minutes every day. Dr. Molitor was able to help us get her on a treatment plan that lead to diagnosing her brain condition, and helped us get her the care that she needed. Dr. Molitor and his staff have an admirable level of dedication. Every specialist that we worked with along the way told us that they have never worked with a clinic that was as quick and thorough as Molitor Pet & Bird Clinic.
Having their support was instrumental to the survival of our dog, who just celebrated her 1st birthday on February 7th! (Pictured next to her littermate of the same age, in her first kennel [a small cat carrier], and then some photos of our happy, silly girl today.)

We have been taking our kitties and more recently our Corgi to Dr. Molitor. He is an amazing veterinarian and all the staff are super friendly and caring. When our cat was at the end, he respected our wishes and cared as if it was his own animal. He gave discounted services because he knew it wouldn’t be long since our kitty wasn’t responding to treatment. We highly recommend this clinic.
