Mel was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a leak in our hot tub. He checked all obvious areas prone to leaking but found no problems. He finally found a small slit in the floor. He tried a couple of sealers and found one that would adhere to our (plastic)? finish and we are now enjoying our hot tub. We were very pleased with his work and dedication and would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Absolute best customer service. Moved into a new home 3 months ago. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was constantly putting out black flakes. Mold I guess from no use and not proper cleaning. Called a few other places that I won’t name. Everyone I spoke with said “$1000 to clean” or did not answer. Mel picked up on the second ring of his phone. Spoke with me for about 20 minutes. Had some great information for me. Unfortunately he doesn’t work on jacuzzi’s in bathrooms. His knowledge still took care of my problem. And for under $9. Mel was not looking to make a quick buck. Just wanted to help a potential customer. When the time comes for an outdoor hot tub. He’s my guy. Thanks for the help Mel. 5 stars all day!

Mels crew did a very good job at moving our hot tub from another location and took all measures to prevent any damage. I wpuld highly recommend them if you need your hot tub moved.

Mel was fantastic! He was able to come out very quickly and was very professional. He gave unbiased advice on a repair to make it cheaper, knowing I was going to buy a new one in a little over a year. He could have charged me more, but it made more sense for a quick fix. Would totally recommend to anyone having hot tub issues!!

Mel fixed a leak in a hot tub that two other companies said was too complicated to fix. Mel was very knowledgable and explained everything about the repair. Mel was very honest about the repair.

Our hot tub had an issue heating this week so we called Mel who we found on a Google search. Mel very quickly responded and did his best to rapidly accommodate our schedule and needs. He promptly arrived, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the hot tub. He was very professional and made numerous suggestions for maintaining the health of our spa. We had Mel come to take a look at a leak in our 11 year old hot tub. I found Mel to be very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He found our leak very quickly, and even suggested a work around to save us money, knowing that it would cost him money for additional parts and repair time. Mel was very unprofessional on the phone. I have never left a review before, but I felt like I needed to let people know. If Mel doesn't have 2 minutes to talk with you on the phone in a friendly way, he probably is too busy to move hot tubs in a safe manner. I moved on and found a great mover to move my hot tub. Pro tip Mel: Hire someone to work the phones that is personable if you are unable to do so.
