Had a leak in my car tire. A nail was found and the tire was patched. Unfortunately a small nail was missed and I had to go back, it was nice of them not to charge me again. You don't always get that from a business.

Had four tires installed and of course wheel alignments done. Wasn't completely satisfied with the alignment, since steering wheel was canted to the left. They brought my truck back in quickly to satisfy my concerns. Alignment was great. Couldn't be happier with customer service. Thanks to Casey and crew!!!

I call to have 4 tires put on my Mercedes Benz. They didn't have the tire, but said he will be ordered the tires. He'll call me back in 2 days. He called me back the same day and told me I had an appointment for Friday at 4 o'clock. So I dropped it off and wanted to pick it up on Saturday morning. He called me back within 1 hour and said my vehicle was done, and I could pick up my car the same day Friday. Awesome work, I recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much. Asked for Tim.

To explain my rating - feel I was overcharged on my service (purchase of 2 all season tires and oil change). Was pretty much confirmed as such by Racine Toyota. For what I paid for no-name tires (Cooper off brand) and an oil change with non OEM filter (but OEM price)
On top of that, the car was returned to me wist oily boot stains on the driver's side floor mat.
Was told of the pride the business had of being a multi generation, family owned business...if my experience is an example of pride, well...
Also, the negative experience was also helped by the fact that I'm visiting from out of state (Virginia).
A shame really...I expected so much more.
I was in need of tires quickly and definitely feel I was taken advantage of.

I have taken my car here on separate occasions to get an oil change and a tire replacement. The team at Lois Tire Shop have made the process easy and quick. The staff are wonderful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
