We have gone to Kathi (at this office) for years/decades for insurance. Kathi is a gem and on top of everything! She has made sure some very stressful times were not added to by waiting for money to pay for claims, etc. We have gotten prompt payments for claims and always had responses fast. Highly recommend!

2/7/2020I would never recommend this agency to anyone. My experience has been beyond horrible.I got a notice in the mail and stopped in to ask what it was for. I was told by Maryann she had to call corporate and would call me back. About an hour later I got a text message telling me I was being dropped. I called and left a message for Maryann to call me. After getting no call for an hour, I texted her and asked her to call me. I have never received a cancellation notice, which I wanted to discuss with her.It is now 24 hours later and I am still waiting for the call. Obviously this agency has a different concept of customer service than the rest of the universe. In my job, I sometimes have to have conversions that I don't want to have, but I step up and do my job. This agency sends me bad news via a text message and apparently only wants to see or talk to me when they can make a commission off me.I have known John since we were neighbors 25 years ago but I have never seen him in the office (it was explained to me that he is semi retired) and it appears Maryann is running the agency.Again, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a phone call or have a discussion whether the news is good or bad. Hiding behind a text message to avoid having to discuss bad news, is very, very LOW CLASS!!!!!!! I am worried for John's sake that he leaves his business in the hands of someone who is this unprofessional.John, you have access to my number and you can call me anytime if you'd like to apologize or discuss this in further detail
