Itzin's is the greatest where the customer's satisfaction and experience are first and foremost. I purchased 2 pairs of Irish setter boots and every year I get them Resoule. When I purchased my boots he took great care to properly size and fix any hot spots. I will never buy anywhere else for my shoes.

Dropped off two pair of Redwing boots. Was told 2 weeks time to get the boots repaired and able to be picked up then. I called a day early and was told they were done already. Upon arrival to pick up my boots, the ladies inside treated me amazing. Very respectable and kind. Definitely recommend to anyone for purchasing new boots or to get repairs done like I did. So happy!

I found out I have plantar fasciitis in my right heel. I went to Itzins and told him about it. He put some lifts in my shoes and my heel does not hurt much at all anymore. I love this place. He really knows what to do to help your feet when you are in pain.
