“I was looking for a certain sandal but there wasn't a pair in my size. The sales associate in the footwear department helped me order them online. Wonderful experience. So thankful.”

“Love Walmart. Just do not like the new way they are setting up their stores. I walked out of the Antioch store due to the fact that they had all their meat , and the frozen food section closed off from customers. They didn’t have the aisles filled. When I asked, they said they were revamping the store, and things would be back soon. That did not help me at all.
I have been back since and have noticed that they finally put up signs saying they are moving aisles around. I liked it the old way. I went to go get shoes and couldn't find any womens shoe where they moved all the other shoes for kids and men. I started to walk away when I noticed womens shoes a few aisles away from the rest of them. I thought that it was crazy to have them separate from all the others. I'm not sure if I will go back. Looks like I may have to go to a different store. Time will tell.”

“I am shocked to be leaving a 5-star review for Walmart, but after my initial pick up order had items missing, I got outstanding service from Mariah when I called to let them know about the order. She went through each item with me (it was a large order for an Open House) and made sure that I got everything. I was even able to schedule a last minute pick-up after 9pm to make sure I got everything. If anything needed to be substituted, she communicated clearly and was very helpful and kind. I have rarely experienced this level of service at any Walmart, and I was so impressed by this associate that I had to leave a positive review.”
