“Was stranded on a Sunday with a dead motorcycle battery. Called and asked if they would deliver a new battery to me 20 minutes away. After a call to the manager, they took my order over the phone and headed my way. Alex was a life saver for me. Great to see really good customer service like this. Much appreciated.”

“I really like O'Reilly auto parts. I also go to Auto zone. But lately since I been with my wife she swears by O'Reilly's she loves them. So I been going to O'Reilly's and Everytime it never fails the store always have what we need yes the prices are high but I rather pay the high price with great customer service and I get what I need right then and there. The store manager is friendly and knows what he is talking about.”

“I got a new windshield as a surprise for my son while he was hunting. Today which is Sunday, I went to take his car for a ride and found one of the wipers wouldn’t work! Nothing is open on Sunday and rain and snow are coming so as a Hail Mary I ran to O’Rileys in Burlington! Kevin was working and I seriously thank God that he was because he came out to the car with his cart of tools and he tightened the bolt and 100% saved the day!! I have no doubt this would have cost me 100’s of dollars if I had to take it to a mechanic! You just don’t see this type of customer service anymore and all I can say is whoever Kevin’s boss is should reward him greatly for this!! Thanks Kevin and have a wonderful rest of your day!?❤️?”
