I was driving on the highway nearby and noticed one of my tires went flat. I pulled over to the quickest gas station nearby. Conveniently American Muffler & Automotive was right next store. They were able to put my spare on & have me out of there in less than 10 mins! It was quick & easy, definitely recommend.

I was on my way to work when there were some loud noises from the back right of my car. Thought I would pull into the first place I could find to ask for help. They were very helpful by quickly taking my car for a drive and could not hear anything. They put my car on a lift and checked it out. They found nothing but notice my heat shield was loose so they corrected the issue.
They took away all my concerns about driving my car. I am so thankful to them for their time.

I was in a rough spot with my exhaust this week. American Muffler was phenomenal! Very professional and honest. They were able to get the work done same day so I could be back to my life asap. I appreciate them so much for the great work and how quickly I was able to get in and out. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs some work done.

I'm eternally grateful to American Muffler and it's owner Tim Castle and his son. They were nice enough to open my car for me after I accidentally locked them in my car while I was at QuikTrip in Burlington. I don't know what I would have done, if it wasn't for Tim Castle's son who opened up my car for me. We would have been stuck at QuikTrip for god knows how long while waiting for a tow truck from my insurance company to come open up my car. Tim Castle and his son did this for NO cost to me or my insurance company. Thank you guys so much.

We stopped in to talk with Tim about installing a muffler we purchased for my Chevy Equinox, and he was able to install it right on the spot at a better price than the 2 other places we stopped at this afternoon.
