“Truly the most honest and quality folks I've ever met! A local business that cares about their customers and treats them incredibly well. I had to take my car to another shop due to being out of town, and the other place quoted me a large chunk of change along with multiple other repairs. However, I was able to get the vehicle to Flood's prior to getting the repairs done, and I learn from Bob that I was overcharged nearly 50% by the other place, along with getting sold repairs that I didn't need yet. Needless to say, I'm immensely grateful for Flood's. I drive nearly an hour out of my way just to come here, and I will continue to do so for a long time because of how fantastic they are! Shoutout to Bob, Steve, Cullen, etc. :)”

“Shell in Mayville is my go to for quick access to a variety of things. Great customer service and employees are very friendly. I would like to give a shout out to Mark for always being rite there and very helpful. No waiting to be checked out. He doesn't slack or goof around. Seems like he's always keeping himself busy every time I stop in. Great place to go if you wanted to be treated good and have a quick in-and-out experience.”

“I came here for breakfast today. I’ve been here before but never for breakfast. I was excited to try something new. The food was good. What was left to be desired was me waking into a manager yelling at an employee before we ordered when it appeared as if the employee wasn’t doing anything wrong. Over a minute of yelling happened in front of my friends and I over the chicken they regularly serve not being out. All of this yelling was apparently happening from a manager. I give the employee credit that was being yelled at a lot of credit for waiting on us with poise after that interaction. I’m hoping this review will begin some discussions with that manager over professionalism. I was really disappointed with her actions specifically.”

“Kudos go out to Porter @ BP !! He took the time between other patrons to carefully write out directions for me to get home on the quickest route after my cell phone died. My 2009 car has an underwhelming USB port, so trying to even get enough charge to turn on my cell was excruciatingly slow. Thank you, Porter, for your kindness and excellent customer service!!”
