“The employees are very friendly, Quentin and Asif. I’m not sure if I have their name spelled right, because I have left the store, but they are very friendly and nice and always help me with my packages. I am a knitter and crochet, and I usually mail my finish product as gifts for family members. I will post a couple of the articles that I have mailed through UPS. They are very trustworthy and my package is arrive on time.”
“I am so happy this store is in this location, it makes it so easy to get to. Also, the staff is super knowledgeable. I have gone in with some questions and made such silly shipping mistakes but they have answers my questions many times AND fixed my really really silly mistakes. Well, I submitted my files via their website (after much trial and error), and I completely expected to receive a stack of papers that I would need to be cut out by hand. I mentally prepared myself for that. However, to my surprise, every single document was cut to size for me—saving me loads of time on my wedding day! “Great experience yesterday with online ordering some prints! Ready when promised, great quality and the store staff person Sam was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make it happen. Turned out they had run out of the specialty paper stock I needed, so she drove to another store to get more and make sure my job was finished on time.
Even more impressive is Sam was energetic, friendly and helpful when I arrived 10 minutes before 7 PM closing. She was solo and helping a shipping customer when I arrived, but gave me a friendly greeting when i came in like it was just opening time. Took care of me and another customer than came in last minute too. great experience.”
