Been going here for 30 plus years. The store is barely operating now. Sale prices are outdated. Just bought half and half dated 7/24! Now I have to take it back. They repaired the concrete in front of the doors with slippery surface. Then they put down rugs which are never organized. Carts are almost not able to push any longer. I'm sure this store is headed for closure. But when? And why? I love the location!

I shopped here after living in cali for years, and was shocked the prices resembled that of Cali.
The self check out was madness especially for elderly man who needed help. No cashiers but plenty workers standing there to assist when customers screw up the self check out. What's the point of that, have them ring us up and get us out of there. The prices are too high for us to be doing their job. It's not their fault, but this store has lost its appeal.

Please put us consumers out of our misery. Close this store as the same as all the other stores closed around it. The service is non existent. Pick up is a joke. Now you have to have an App to call store for picking up groceries. No number for elderly who don't use apps. Took me half hour to get groceries to my car after two calls from #1 pick up spot. That's after one hold and one hang up. Feel bad because some products not stocked by Sendiks. I just can't sit in my car a half hour in this "location" and wait for my groceries. Brown Deer is gone!

This store needs to step up, get training on customer service, the pharmacy is awesome. I have to say some people on the floor are great, but other people are silly, ridiculous. I don't know why.

This review is for the gentleman wearing the store director (I believe that’s what the tag said) badge. He saw me yesterday and I think he knew I was upset by the look on my face. I ordered 200 pieces of chicken for a funeral of a very young family member a week ahead of time. I placed the order with the deli manager. The deli staff that worked yesterday acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and I must have been at another store. Because my emotions were very high and on edge after knowing we are about to say goodbye to our beloved 10 year old family member I turned around to leave and told them I’ll deal with this another day. When I approached the front of the store I saw the gentleman with the director tag on. As I spoke with him I broke down and cried right there at the front of the store. Well not only did he make sure my family got the chicken order but he delivered it to the reception location we would gather at the end of the funeral. I thank you sir for your care and compassion. I only wished I could say the same about the deli team but I can’t. I pray he may be blessed for what he did on yesterday:
