“House of Roth took on a very challenging oil-based stain (made worse when we tried to clean the spill with water) that a dry cleaning chain said they wouldn't work with because of some color bleeding that was likely to happen. The custom chair cover was a special piece and I was so grateful House of Roth inspected the piece and came up with just the right approach that would address the stain without causing more damage. The fact that they do things "in house" rather than just being a store front that sends things out is a HUGE advantage. The piece came out wonderfully. And the people I worked with were very kind. They are my new go-to dry cleaner.”
“I would give 10 stars if I could. I bought a very old coat at a Goodwill store and it was NASTY. Smelled like a wet attic, great big stain down the sleeve. It was so beautiful, but I was worried it was a lost cause -- especially because it didn't have a care label! The staff at the Brookfield Klinke took such good care of this coat. It came out SPOTLESS. They talked me through the whole process, the potential risks, and asked for extra time to really give the whole thing a good once over. And it was well worth it! “I don't need to get my suits and shirts dry cleaned very often, but when I do, I come here. The man behind the counter has been there for as long as I can remember and he's always been pleasant. The real standout for this business, though, is the expert pressing of suits and slacks. My clothes always are crisp, clean and perfect after I pick them up. “I've been coming to this laundromat for a long long time and I believe that it is in the best overall condition than its competitors in the city. I went and laundered my clothes a few days ago and I had a very pleasant experience here. The outside of the building was immaculate and free from clutter and garbage. The service person was there and asked them if I could get a refund but they could not so they gave me two for free! That was fine! I was calm and collective about it I got a free box out of it!

“Though it's a hole in the wall laundromat, I like it. Though many washers do not work, I still find a few to use. It's only a select few dryers that dry very well for 2 quarters. The other dryers are a waste of time and money. Customer service has always been nice to me. The costs to wash my clothes never exceed $5, thus, saving me a lot of water and electricity if I were to wash at home. Doing laundry here on a good day when there are not alot of people take less than an hour. I cannot say that the place is cleanly all of the time but there is a new attendant who I've seen keeping it decent.”

“Needed a down comforter and heated mattress pad washed and dried. I didn't have time to do it myself but left it with Janice (the attendant) to do. Both items were clean, folded and packaged in a nice zipper storage bag. All at a very fair price! I'd highly recommend either drop-off or doing laundry there as there were plenty of machines and the entire place looked clean.”
