Repeat customer. Friendly, efficient check in process. This hotel always feels refreshed and updated with a modern feel. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Love the Dove soap dispensers in the bathroom, rather than having the little bars of soap in the wrapper. I didn't do the breakfast this time but have during my other visits and food is always fresh and the eating area is inviting and spacious. Very pleased with stay.

Business travelers beware! The manager (Rosa Sibaja) of this hotel has zero respect for IHG members. My work initially was sending me to the Milwaukee area for a job, so naturally I used the IHG ap to find a room. This hotel was in my company's budget and near my jobsite so I booked at this hotel. The booking was made same day around 1pm on a Monday. They had plenty of rooms available per the IHG ap. Unfortunately I was then called by work to go to a different site very far away, by 2pm I had called to ask them to cancel my reservation as any other IHG hotel would gladly do. The Manager of this hotel decided to not be friendly to one of IHGs very loyal customers (I stay in IHG hotels over 200 nights per year for the last 6 years) She said that due to their cancellation policy she would not cancel the reservation and would charge me.So lets talk about the cancellation policy. Common throughout IHG hotels it is free to cancel up to 6pm the night before and no charge will be placed on the reservee. Naturally this policy is there to protect a hotel from people placing reservations in advance and then no-showing thereby not allowing the hotel to make money due to an empty room. In my case I had booked the same day of the reservation and less then an hour later asked to have it canceled. There were plenty of rooms left in the hotel so they were not out anything if I did or did not make it there that day. I canceled less then an hour later. There was no cost to the hotel at this point. It was an empty room. No housekeeping needed to make it available to another guest. No work needed done except the cancellation of a reservation. Which, though policy, is up to the manager's discretion. This is an issue every four to six months where a higher priority job comes up last minute (many who work as a field technician or field engineer will understand). I have called and asked about a dozen hotels over 6 years to cancel a last minute made reservation in where I get re-routed and this is the only one who decided to steal from someone who spends 200+ nights a year in IHG properties. If she'll steal from from someone who spends over 200 nights a year in IHG properties then be well aware she will find a way to steal from you and use policy to justify her theft.I highly recommend never booking at this hotel for as long as Rosa Sibaja is the manager there; expecially when there are so many other great IHG options in the Milwaukee area. It is just not worth the headaches to have to have IHG bailout a horrible experience.

Had an amazing time staying here. The rooms were spacious and spotless with nice decor. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely go

Do not stay here! This is a horrible hotel. We had booked a night stay at this hotel, but when we arrived late at night, we were told that there computer system was down and that they couldn't access our reservation. They did not allow us to stay there. We were stranded late at night without a place to stay. And then when I called the next day the manager said there was nothing they could do. They did not even refund me the night stay. This place should be closed

I really enjoyed our stay at this location. The area is quiet with lots of food options directly near you. Staff where very nice and the cleaners where amazing with my daughter and made us feel right at home. Hotel was very clean from what I could see as well as the pool area. The pool was calm and super enjoyable after a long day and was a great temperature for small ones. Staff always greeted us when we came and went.

I checked in for a business trip. I always stay at Holiday Inn's when I travel for work. After I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately on business calls for an hour while sitting at the desk on my laptop. When I had completed, I noticed there was a used k-cup in the coffee maker, a partially opened and used condiments package right next to the coffee maker. Nothing major, just figured it was missed. It happens, not a big deal at all. Now a days, not a deal breaker or a reason to even say anything. Then I noticed the bed. It looked off to me, and almost like someone had slept in it and made it quickly. One side was tucked as they normally are, but the side close to the alarm clock looked different than the other. Not tucked, sheet hanging a bit, top comforter wasn't rolled under like the other side. So, to me, it looked as if someone had slept on that side and got up, made the bed half a$$, and left. The pillows also looked different compared to the two sides (small back story, I worked in hospitality for 10 years).I have seen this done in rooms many times when HK is rushing through rooms. Beds do not get the sheets changed. They just re-make it when the beds aren't disheveled or had more than one person sleeping in it. Yes, it does happen! I also noticed the bathroom was dirty, too.So, long story short, it appeared that the room was not properly cleaned. Again, stuff happens. Just need to change rooms. No biggie. I went to the front desk to inform the man working behind the counter what I had noticed. Mind you, I didn't raise my voice, look upset, nor make a big deal of it. I didn't want to draw attention from anyone else around the lobby. However, when I informed the man working at the counter about the room, I was treated very rudely. He asked for details of everything that was wrong. So I told him. Then he made me repeat it again. So I told him yet again. Then he became sarcastic with me and complained that I was telling him too much and I was being very picky! Yes, picky! I told him, in the past when there has been challenged in a room I have stayed in (thank heavens not too often), I have just walked to front counter, got cleaning materials and just cleaned it my self. I'm not trying to causing issues. There's a lot going on out there. It's hard to get staff, plus I work with business owners in that industry, so I get it how tough it is. He commented, "If I found things wrong with this room, how did he know I wouldn't find things wrong with all rooms?" I was taken aback he would say that to someone who wasn't making even a big deal about the situation. I apologized for any issue, but he continued to make me feel like I had did something wrong. I got irritated at that point. I told him I would be more than happy to walk him to my room and show him everything I stated was an issue. He just continued to say sarcastically that he could move me, but I'll probably find issues again. I told him that if this is really causing him that big of a problem, I can just cancel my reservation, which he said "yep, we can do that", so he proceeds to work on his computer. I figured that he was canceling my reservation. He popped his head up and said, "I have another room, but I will be walking you down there to look at it just to make sure YOU don't find an issue with it. I replied, sure, let's do it. He walked me down to another room on 1st floor, and I walked into the room, which you could tell had been cleaned and done accordingly. He hands me the keys and walks away. Again, I was in shock! No apology, a sarcastic response, rude, and made me feel like I was imposing on him!No person in their right mind wants to grab all their belongings and move again. It's a large inconvenience. But in this case, was happy to move to a clean room.I never desire to leave a negative review due to little issues. Mistakes/ misses happen. But due to the bed situation, plus all the other items that weren't clean, and especially way I was treated, I be

I arrived to check in at 10:30p, and staff was unable to figure out how to get me checked in until 11:15p. In the process, they tried to swipe my card for incidentals at least five times. This resulted in two different holds on my card. Then, at 11:30p, staff called my room to ask me to come back and sign papers because their printer hadn't worked before.Lastly, although I had paid for my reservation in full through Expedia, the hotel processed one of the pending charges for $128.39, so now I have to deal with a dispute via my credit card. Unacceptable.

Nice hotel - convenient to Rogers Behavioral if you're visiting friends. Seemed like a newer hotel with nice amenities- great gym! Provided complementary breakfast too. A little pricey for the construction area. Goodwill & grocery store located across the street for thrifting & food. Enjoyed our stay. Will return.

Not even sure where to start here, so let's just start from the very beginning, at check in. Got to the hotel around 9:00 pm, no one else in the lobby, including the desk clerk. Waited about 15 minutes to even be greeted, only for him to take a call and then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. Finally, he acknowledged my existence. Normally routine of checking us in, etc . Etc....We get to our assigned room, only to find that the room was either still dirty from the previous guest or still occupied and they were just not in the room at the time. Towels in the floor, bed was slept in, etc. Go downstairs to let him know about the room and was then given another room. No apologies, nothing. "Here's the keys to your other room". Next room, cleaned but still dirty. Room stinks, ac barely works, towels are dingy, I could go on and on! Ok, we are here for a special event, so we will make the best of it...We go to find ice, every single ice maker in this hotel is broken, no ice! We only just got here today and are going to try to tough it out for the next few days. Update coming after the stay is over.

WiFi is a joke. Pay almost 150$ a night and 3.3m Internet is pathetic. Even had to put in a code to get it.
