We came to the Courtyard to sell shelter for the blizzard which had knocked out all of our power and heat. Me having a child I felt it was in our best interest to seek shelter elsewhere. We were able to make a reservation immediately in order to check-in within the next hour or so. The lady at the concierge desk was amazing she wore a green sweatshirt and had 4C hair that was twisted. She was amazing. She helped to make our stay everything it should be. Every time we went downstairs be it for food or whatever if she saw we were struggling she'd come over and assist right away. Even though our stay was only for a day I must say I was glad they were open. They had food in the lobby area and drinks if that was your thing. With what we had been through it was all appreciated. Thank you Courtyard for being a place of refuge to so many.Rooms: Roma were of a decent size. I figured with the heater but after a while it behaved. We found a lady bug and a Beatle in our room but nothing too concerning. Loved the layout of the room. The sheets were comfy and cozy. Just what we needed after not having heat or electricity.Food & drinks: Food was really good. Those fries were the crunchiest fries ever not to mention tasty.Noteworthy details: They were very accommodating considering the situation.

Definitely not staying here again no breakfast / no water in room or given / rooms are damaged and AC never heated past 76 degree F and the lady left me waiting outside in the cold 5 mins before opening the damn door at 12:30 am what kind of dead hotel is

Lobby is updated. Rooms are in need of repair. Visible Wall patches, trim loose, cracks and dents on doors and walls, caulking issues, lights out in rooms, and sofa beds had pieces of material falling out of it. Stains on carpet and walls and curtains. Bistro is marketed but no food or drinks were ever served. Do not expect to purchase or order food at this location. Pillows and sheets were mismatched. Mattresses one could feel the springs. Staff were kind and respectful. Room had a ton of end tables and the set up did not make sense. Uncomfortable sofas and chairs. Plumbing and water flow pressure were not great. Basic needs were met and a different/better experience could be found elsewhere.

When I first arrived, I noticed the cleanliness of the facility. The front service desk was very nice and helped me change a room that I did not ask for. She was very sweet and caring. My experience was great! My reservation was from 10/20-10/22. It was very close to shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed my weekend stay. Thank you so much Latisha. I will stay here again!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from September 15, 2023, to September 17, 2023. Despite having made a reservation and looking forward to a pleasant stay, my experience was marred by a highly unacceptable incident regarding breakfast service.I had paid for breakfast as part of my stay, and I understood that it would be available from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, as advertised. However, on the morning of September 17, 2023, my family and I were shocked and disappointed to find that the staff responsible for breakfast service decided to go on break at 8:45 am, abruptly closing the breakfast area while we were still hoping to enjoy our meal.What was even more disheartening was the reason behind this decision. We observed that the staff members left their posts to go outside, where they were smoking and drinking soda. This unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior not only left us without the breakfast we had paid for but also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience as we had plans to attend a soccer tournament that morning.As paying guests, we had the reasonable expectation that the services we paid for would be provided as advertised. The early closure of the breakfast service and the staff's disregard for their duties severely impacted our experience at your hotel and left us feeling frustrated and let down.I would like to request that you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. This could include retraining your staff on their responsibilities, customer service, and professionalism.I hope that you take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the service quality at Courtyard Milwaukee North/Brown Deer. I believe that by addressing these concerns, you can ensure a more positive experience for future guests.I look forward to hearing from you promptly regarding the actions you plan to take to resolve this matter.

I want to personally think the staff and the management for the wonderful continuous services throughout the years! This is the best Marriott location in Wisconsin. I recommend that you go there me and my wife go every time we go. A big thanks to Miller the general manager.

Staff was all very helpful. Very few useful channels on the tv. Pool is a glorified hot tub.

I had a great experience with this hotel. My room seemed newly renovated, which was a plus. The staff was kind and friendly. It is a bit out of Milwaukee, which I knew going into it. But overall, great experience.

The hotel said if we have at least 20 rooms that we would be honored. They canceled our guest so they would have to honor the breakfast it was supposed to be included.Food & drinks: There is no food included

This place is a 1 star motel. Angie at front was rude, real rude! The hotel has a funny smell and the room did too. Gave me a headache! The room had dirty walls and the tv is so small it’s laughable! Like the size of a computer screen. Fridge didn’t get cold and the balcony is filthy and taken over by birds! Pillows are super thin and this will never be a place I stay again nor will I recommend it.

One of the best Hotel to stay in from the regional manager to the managers on both shifts very helpful and kind the kitchen manager where very professional and the food five star quality cleaning staff where always on time and thoughtful all in all very impressive Hotel to stay in

The elevator was scary making a lot of noise. Not enough towels in room. 3 towels for 4 guests. Not very good hospitality. Room was clean enough but didn't smell nice throughout hotel. Employees smoking pot, doing tik tok videos and turned off lights on us and just signed with hands that they're closed after we asked to order. Then employee joked that she was going to steal the bottle by taking it off the shelf. Didn't have our reservation when we got there after calling to reserve an extra night by coming in a day early due to weather but was still able to accommodate. The pool wasn't heated, very small and the hot tub was cemented in so no hot tub. There was no towels left. The exercise room machines all had issues with. Either out of order, didn't work properly or really squeaky. Other than that just great.
