The whole team at apex was great to work with. Andrew met with us and worked on a plan to fit both our budget and needs. When it came to installation they were on time, very professional and worked with us to get our new system setup perfectly. Everything is as we wanted in both layout and usage. I would recommend them to anyone looking to change their current audio/video environment.

We established a new set up beginning with a media room. Their performance exceeded our expectations, going the extra mile in every aspect. Andrew and team were great, beginning to end! Andrew was very responsive with my questions and flexible when I needed to change the date and time of the walk-through of my home. I trusted his team's recommendations, and everything turned out great. They installed TVs, audio and wifi throughout our home. This is the second time I have used Apex and this time for a home move. They moved all 5 of our TVs set them up exactly how we wanted (multiple rokos and speakers), purchased and put in amplifiers that hooked into speakers already in the house for multiple rooms (there were a million wires, I have no idea how they figure it out), made sure all my wired and wifi connections were working correctly (they found an issue with our provider), and setup security cameras. Andrew took copious notes so the installers knew exactly what to do. They were on time, and we had no issues.Apex has great customer service. They did the first time, and the 2nd time reinforced that this company makes customer service and quality a priority. A few words I think of when I think of this group: respect, kindness, customer focused, listeners, ensure understanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and just good people. A shout out to Connor, Keith, Jake and Mike. Thank you for making my house homey, the experience delightful, and only wanting you to help me with my audio-visual needs. APEX was easy to work with and timely in their response. The team did an excellent job. Plus, they took the time to understand our needs and answered our questions in ways that were easy to understand. Best of all, they took the time to instruct us on how to use the system's features/functions, something our previous service provider failed to do.
