“On 1/12/24 and 1/13/24 we had a major snow storm with many residents here suffered without electricity in Brown Deer. Consequently many people didn’t have heat and electricity in their home! This took place for 4 days. Here at Northpointe we didn’t have no complications with electricity. We did suffered a few hours without heat, but it was immediately restored. I am so happy to live here where it’s safe.”

“We had the best time living at East Pointe Commons!! All the neighbors are super friendly and the people in Property Management are fantastic, helpful, and accommodating. Also, the location is perfect to stay communicated within Milwaukee, with the Hop right there and at walking distance of everything downtown. We moved to Chicago for work, but if we are ever back in MKE, I know we would move right back to East Pointe.”

“Harborside has been my home for the last four years, and we have loved living here. The location is amazing, near Brady street and the lake. We had a fantastic view of the lake from our apartment. The staff, especially Margaret & Dennis, made us feel like family. The maintenance is so quick as well, sometimes same day. Grateful to Harborside to have been our home these last few years.”

“I couldn't be more pleased with my experience renting from zolper property management! Their promptness in addressing repairs, often fixing things the same day, has truly set them apart. Their kindness and understanding during times I was late on rent were immensely appreciated. I highly recommend their properties for their exceptional service and friendly approach to property management!!”

“Crescent ApartmentsPros• Spacious and clean, with nice looking wooden floors and appliances• Safe – within a block of both a fire station and the sheriff’s department. Nobody’s stealing anybody’s mail or packages.• Clean – cleaning crew is cleaning the inside common areas weekly or bi-weekly, and do a great job• Staff – Jill, Stacy, Lexi, and everybody I encountered, including the maintenance guys, were super polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. Seriously, they care about doing their job right. They respond to problems promptly and are understanding during times of crisis or bad luck. They work with you as they can, and treat you like a person, and not a number.• Close to Vita gym, which you also have a free membership for part of the gym by way of your residence at the Crescent. Close to café. Close to three bus stops. Close to on ramp to interstate.• The BUILDING Cafe (not to be confused with the one across the street) is nice. It has a dishwasher, trash can, fridge, oven, sink, and Keurig coffee maker, as well as a nice couch, table, stools, and TV. It's great for inviting friends over for board games and beers. You have to have your building key to get in, so it's private to residents, and you can use it whenever you want 24/7.• Covered, heated parking.• Most of the neighbors are med students or professionals, so the place doesn’t smell like weed every day, there aren’t parties all the time, and you aren’t hearing your neighbors through the walls, as everybody pretty much works/studies/minds their business.• Close to Froedert and Aurora, two parks, and it’s a quick drive to Mayfair Mall, Pick N Save, Meijer, Metro Market, Stone Creek café, and most of these are along bus routes as well.Cons• You’ll have to get out of the block for other things to do. This is a developing area, so outside of the café, walk(ing your pet), or the gym, you gotta drive for something to do. Again, your neighbors are pretty reclusive, I imagine due to their work/studies.• Twice in the year, the trash chute (which is super SUPER convenient by the way) was blocked up by some moron trying to shove boxes down it (despite the sign saying not to do that). There’s a negative review on here that shows a photo of it, and whines about the management being responsible. Both of these occurrences happened Saturday night or Sunday, when the office is closed. Not sure how that’s management’s fault, but there you go.• Apartments plus parking is a little pricey. But I’m a very Spartan guy. My wife wanted all the bells and whistles.• There’s a pond nearby, and half of the year, it’s inhabited by hundreds of geese. These aren’t the psycho geese that attack you, but the . . . pooping kind, that load the sidewalks with poop. They try to clean them, but it’s a lot of poop.Overall, this is a great place to live. I've travelled a lot and lived in a lot of places, and this is in my top 3. It's a really nice, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. Goose poop and all.”

“Best of the best. If you're looking for a new place to call home, you just found it. Underground heated garage parking? They have it. Don't want to take that route? The amount of available parking is just outstanding. Let me just blow your mind....concierge services? What do you think I'm about to say? OH YES THEY DID. And that's on site concierge service. Stainless steel appliances. Front loading washer/dryer. Housesitting, pet taxi, dog walking, grocery delivery, housekeeping, services, tech-support, dry cleaning. Moving here? Might as well tell everyone you're moving into a Little slice of heaven. Lived in an apartment where you are constantly bothered by your neighbors noises? Well, don't worry about that here because this place is so insulated it's almost like you forget you have neighbors. but the neighbors that you do have are extremely sweet, nice, and courteous. I mean, could you ask for anything better than living at Spurs 16? Not to mention if you're a student at Concordia, that's only 12 minutes down the road. Pretty much anything you want or need is within a 15 minute drive. It's safe here. The safest. Oh yeah patios & balconies, got em. Apartments...AND Townhouses? They offer about 30 options of both, varying in bedrooms, sizes and bathrooms. You definitely get what you pay for. The manager is above and beyond just magnificent. She's always on site, so no more having to try to reach out to your landlord for 5 to 7 days with no response. I mean literally. I'm not gonna keep going so get ready. By the way, no one has asked me to write any of this. Been a resident here for a short time, and by the grace of God, I hope I am a resident here for a very long time. that six month lease I have for now is definitely going to be more like a six year lease. I have so much respect for all the people who do all they can to keep this place up and moving and looking so nice. When the weather is nice, you wanna do is be outside, brace yourself, but they have a communal garden. Spacious extra storage? It's here. On your floor. Garbage chutes on every floor? Definitely. Clean, extremely well-kept interior and exterior buildings and property? They don't miss a beat. Exceptionally spacious and luxurious apartments? That's all they're about. Secure entry and call box for security? Well, no doubt. Community clubhouse.....swimming pool and common area for residence to get together for a cookout, cocktail hour, watch a Packer game or just hang out? You know it. Most community oriented apartment complex you will ever come across. Maintenance issues? They are on it like white on rice. need something from the office? Leave a message if they happen to be unavailable, you better believe you're gonna call back within the hour. Sweetest front desk staff ever. Wanna work out?? They've got a year round accessible workout room including 2 Pelotons, THE real deal lucile. That was just to peak your interest. Considering this place is tat, you know they have the best quality workout machines.. and a punching bag. You're furry friends are more than welcome to cats and dogs definitely allowed. The walking trail is right there. telling you this place is beyond the best of the best. I've never felt more at home. You'll never find another like Spur 16.Shout out to Spur 16, Brittany, Grace, the housekeeping crew, the maintenance crew, the residents, and all the other amazing wonderful people who keep this place as amazing and wonderful as it is. It is an honor to be a resident here, and I encourage anyone and everyone who is looking for somewhere to live where you can feel at peace to at least take a tour of one of the multiple options this top-notch business has to offer.”

“I think the property is pretty however there are several issues with the building structure. But this is an older building, so I guess that is to be expected. The company that runs it (now) is better than the older one.”

“We lived at Normandy Village in one of the townhouses for the past 6 years. The storage is amazing and the unit itself is very spacious! Any time we had any issues, they were on it very quickly! We never once had an issue with being “put off.” They worked around our pets and the maintenance staff was always friendly. If something was not able to be repaired, they were quick to replace it. We are sad to be moving from such a great community but unfortunately a new job change just didn’t allow us to stay here. If you are looking for a new place to call home, Normandy Village is a great choice and one of the biggest draws is there love for pets. Thank you Normandy for a great 6 years!!”

“I absolutely loved living here! The rooms are spacious, the buildings are well-maintained, and have all the amenities I needed. The allotted parking is very generous and the location is perfect, close to shops and adjacent to a park. The management team is responsive and friendly. Julia the manager is amazing and flexible. Highly recommend!”

“I've been living here since January. I've had no issues. I'm reading the reviews, and I guess I'm blessed and fortunate. My apartment is newly renovated. Fresh paint, new appliances, etc. The property manager and staff have been amazing. They've answered all the questions I've had. Maintenance has shown up the couple of times I had questions. The building is clean. You can't beat the location, it's in the heart of the city. They're building a new entertainment center.
My only cons are the heating system and washer/dyer all in one combo. Before moving in I was unaware that it was a controlled heating system. I prefer to control my own heat. The washer and dryer all in one combo sucks. It steam drys the clothes so your clothes will never be completely dry. It's also a small washer so you can't put a nice size load in. Unfortunately, I've had to spend additional money weekly/bi-weekly using the basement washer and dryer. Otherwise than my two cons, Juneau Village is a great place to live. Residents are respectful, area is safe. I approve this apartment complex.”

“Nice Apartments, maintenance on site, staff are always very helpful. This past year I have lived hear I have not had any bad experiences with leasing or maintenance, so I would say for having my first apartment this is a good start and I love that there properties are also in Madison where I plan to move so I ca. just transfer everything instead of having to reapply and put in all new information with a whole new rental company.I can say I’ve definitely had a great experience and I plan to rent with this rental company long term.”

“I am a new resident and I must say I am delighted. Communication is extremely important to me. Fortunately, the management here has excellent communicative skills thus far they are responsive to any maintenance requests not that their are many... my apartment is almost perfect! I honesty adore my 1 bedroom with the walk in closet. Mr. Tim is a huge asset to the team, he is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I am very grateful he recommended the 1 bedroom opposed to the studio. The security is top notch here! Welcome me home Milwaukee.... I have arrived!!”

“The ratings on this place do not accurately represent the current state of the building. I have lived here for a few years and this place has really turned around since the new management! Christine, the amazing woman in the office, truly cares about the residents and I feel so safe with her here. She makes an effort to know everyone and you can tell that she really cares about this building and the people inside. If we ever have a problem, we talk to her and she fixes it immediately. The maintenance men are also so kind and helpful! This place feels like a little community and everyone looks out for each other. Also, the apartments are massive and at a really good price. We have direct access to the river walk and an underground parking garage. In the last year, we have influenced 4 of our friends to move into this building because it’s a great place!”

“We just moved into this lovely complex and had a great experience with our leasing agent Kristine Thorpe. She is an amazing example of what I would want as a property owner representing my properties. She was extreme helpful in helping us navigate a leasing process, which many of us know, can be lengthy and frustrating. She showed kindness and patience...a rarity in todays market. Kristine was excited to show us the lovely amenities and the beautiful apartments they had available, and was warm and engaging. We were offered beverages and she sat with us to chat about our needs. We are extremely happy to be here now, and it's only day 3! EVERY ONE of our new neighbors were friendly and welcoming. It's a gorgeous place tucked back across from Mayfair Mall, and the grounds are very well maintained. Pet friendly and a great salt water heated pool we can't wait to enjoy in the spring. Note...very strict towing policies are the only thing I can find to complain about, and after reviewing this place before we decided to lease, I did notice that numerous other tenants had the same chief complaint. I've heard numerous stories about their cars being towed. ( yes...actual residents! ) I did mention this as a concern to Kristine and she helped us navigate our car registration to alleviate our concerns. Kudos to Mayfair reserve for finding this gem of an employee!”
