Bad shipping service or they are lazy. I live in sheboygan drive 40 min to this place because a friend refer me to it. The exam and the purchase glasses process went smooth until when I request for a shipping to my house due to my vacation in canada. Paid the shipping fee and etc later Received a text message that it's available to pick up I called them back and they say it's automated text but it should be shipped already. Came back from my vacation my families didn't see a package for me I called and ask then they say I should of called and I was like tf I did and ya saying it's automated and some packaged shipped out recently. I'm sure they don't care and be saying whoever you talked with didn't check carefully. I just told them imma pick up the glasses and need a receipt of refund of the shipping payment cuz they wasting my time to drive back. Don't believe in their shipping service if you're far out like me.

Have been buying glasses at the Brown Deer location for close to 20 years! The customer service is always great and the prices are better than any place else. I recently worked with the manager, Jenny, on a problem I had. She went above & beyond to fix it!

Made an easy quick appointment to get an exam and new prescription after cataract surgery! Didn’t wait long at all ! Dr Ortiz is awesome! Picked out frames and ordered glasses in no time at all !picked up glasses with no issues and everyone was friendly and courteous! Thank you so much!
