Spacious and well lit, easy to navigate the aisles, it’s a really nice shopping experience.”

“Chicos has been one of my favorite stores since 2007, but even more so now that I am retired. The clothes are beautiful, fun, colorful, unique, whimsical, and very well made. You feel pretty wearing their stuff, plus you get compliments from others. Their sizing number system is unique. What I like about it most, is my size with them will always fit no matter what I purchase. They have a staff that is very customer focused, and for me that is very important. If there is an item that I like, and the boutique doesn't have it in my size, they will go online, locate it and send it to me free of charge! A special shout out goes to my favorite staff members Susan and Irma in Lincolnshire, Illinois for their fabulous above and beyond customer service level. Chicos has a Customer Service line that is available 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM EST, seven days a week. They have weekly Facebook Fashion shows which are engaging and fun. They use their very own customers and employees to model their clothes. They are all various sizes, and they tell you the size of the item that they are wearing. On line you can read the customers reviews on their clothes, and add your own personal reviews plus a photo of your new outfit if you would like. Chicos also has a book club for their customers. Your purchases at Chicos always lead to rewards for discounts. If you sign up at the boutique, you will receive 5 percent off every purchase you make with Chicos whether it's a full priced item, sale, or final sale. Overall the Chicos employees mentality is how can I say yes to our customers, and how can I make their day. I highly recommend giving them a try.”

“Can't say enough about the exceptional service and caring that was extended to myself and my two daughters from Karie and the alterations staff that helped us.... I am a somewhat capable seamstress and thought I could hem my own dress .. well life happens and my world turned upside down with the unexpected and time escaped me and here I was a month and a half out from the wedding and my dress was not hemmed and I am the mother of the bride !!! My daughter the bride was having her alterations done here and i came with her -- so in desperation I asked "would you be somehow able to hem my dress as well?" .. and Karie said absolutely !.. and fit me in the schedule right then and there !!! And a week later, my daughter the maid of honor brought her dress to them as well. From beginning to end for myself, my daughter the maid of honor, and my daughter the bride - the professionalism and caring was exceptional - so were the workmanship of all the alterations - they made sure my daughters and I were 100% happy and did what was necessary to make it what we wanted.. The cost was disclosed to us upfront and it was honored throughout - no additional hidden fees..... They took care of all 3 of us - and we do not hesitate to speak highly of them to anyone we know that need great, efficient and perfect alterations - If you need alterations, come here first- you wont need to look any further - definitely 5+ star service !! Thank you staff at Influence Apparel so much for outfitting us so beautifully !!!”
