We had been to multiple dress stores to find a prom dress for my daughter. Other shops were understaffed and rude and way overpriced for pre owned dresses. Windsor came highly recommended by a friend . The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The store was organized and clean! My daughter got a dress we love and it fits her perfectly, shoes and her necklace and earrings for $265!! At a resale shop we almost settled with a gown that would have needed altering in several places,costing $450 for a pre owned dress!! There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back to purchase more dresses and gowns in the future!

I came here today and I have nothing, but good words to share. The employees here are so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you ladies! I recommend this location over the other Windsor locations.

I absolutely love this store. Maura Guerrero provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect dress for a wedding I'm attending. She made this process much easier than I expected and really blew me away with her positive attitude and diligent assistance. What ever type of clothing your looking for I would definitely recommend this location. Also if you want fast, friendly and attentive service you have come to the right place!!! Found everything I needed for a family event thanks to the amazing workers. Mayra helped me find a dress that fit the exact style I described and made my experience much quicker than if I would have looked on my own. Definitely my favorite location!

On March 17th I visited the Brookfield WI store to purchase a few outfits for my daughter in law for her birthday. While my daughter in law was trying on outfits, I kindly asked Cassandra if I could have a dressing room to try on outfits that I found for myself. Cassandra yelled at me within arms reach and without a need to raise her voice whatsoever, "I got off a half hour ago and I'm trying on outfits". As she stomped away with about 50 items into the back room! Just a couple of minutes later, we all overheard her complaining loudly to Shannon (the store manager) at the register in front of customers!! She said that some old lady in the dressing room had the f****** nerve to ask her for a dressing room when she was off work! At this point I felt insulted and disrespected as a long time Windsor customer. I began to record Cassandra and Shannon because neither one wanted to open a dressing room for me, but they did have plenty of time and energy to yell at the top of their lungs at me for recording their actions and complete unwillingness to assist a customer. Cassandra made threats of violence directly to me with the 2 witnesses who were shopping with me. Shannon then refused a dressing room after I explained the entire situation and how Cassandra didn't have any reason to use profanity or scream and call me an old person. Then Shannon attempted to get Cassandra to go to the back room and to be quiet when she tried to hit me and Shannon had to restrain her. Shannon then came back. I once again pleaded to try on the over $500 worth of items I planned to purchase and she said she called security and that I would be "Banned from the store"! I have never had to deal with such a level of complete and utter disrespect. The security guard told Shannon I had done nothing wrong and he wasn't going to do anything. She acted and looked like a completely unprofessional idiot and didn't know what to do at that point. After wasting 30 minutes on the clock when she could've simply opened a dressing room door in 15 seconds! I have the recording and plan to give it to my attorney for legal action for harassment and discrimination. I will follow that up with posting it to social media as well as our local news affiliates. Consumer affairs will also receive a copy as well as the Better Business Bureau. At this time these two employees have cost your company a $500+ sale as well as any and all future business from my family, friends and business associates. I assure you this will not just go away after what Cassandra and Shannon did. I also want to add that with the shear quantity of items Cassandra took from the dressing room to be back room without having them checked out should be investigated. Her attitude and nastiness was completely unwarranted and undeserved unless I asked for a dressing room in the middle of her stealing merchandise. Just a suspicion due to the way that Shannon tried to cover for her and immediately try to take action against a long time customer without reason. I never raised my voice or used profanity as they did. I would expect to hear directly from the corporate level at Windsor regarding a positive resolution as soon as possible. If not, I will move forward with a legal resolve so that it doesn't happen to others my age in the future.

Over priced teen clothing store where customers service is lacking. Most of the clothes don't even look age appropriate at all Quality of items isn't even worth the price that you're paying. Walmart clothing is far better than this clothing chain.

Getting ready for homecoming this weekend and drove 20 min to Brookfield to only arrive and see that the doors were closed and a sign saying they were closed due to staff shortage! I went there because Southridge which is close to my home but had nothing to choose from!

Unbelievably unorganized for a semi formal store right before homecoming. The line in the fitting room took 45 minutes to get through, ok lots of people I get it BUT the line to pay was even longer!! There were 5 employees working the floor and one, ONE, behind the register. I even asked if the other register could be open because they obviously had the staff to work it. Poor management of obviously one of their busiest weekends leading up to homecoming.

My friend and I were at the store looking at prom dresses and we asked the guy to grab a dress off one of the higher racks and he was very rude about it. We then asked him for 2 fitting rooms and could barley show us which ones we could use. The dresses ended up not fitting and we asked him where we should put them and he very rudely told us he could take them and we thanked him for helping us just trying to be nice and he ignored us. Not impressed with the employees.

The girl at the cash register on 2/1/2021 wearing the American eagle ripped jeans was extremely rude and mean... Was just trying to return the items I had since the fitting rooms were closed. While looking at the clothes she looked at me and made a face as if maybe I wasn’t good enough for the clothes?? Then I had paid with 2 separate cards and was mad when I stuck the wrong one in but she never told me which card was needed first. Makes me question the type of people you guys hire. The attitude overall was just like why tho? Don’t think I’ll be back.
