“Costco is a great place to shop at. What they lack is enough start for the optical. Always a line of people and not enough help. Best to go elsewhere for your optical needs. You’d be waiting for at least 15-30 mins before getting help and especially frustrating if you are only picking up something and don’t need anything in depth.”
“Stopped at Sam's Cafe on the way in, very reasonable food prices, good quality and taste. The kids love the chocolate frozen yogurt. For the low cost to eat, they get ya on the way out of the store. ;-)”

“On the way down to Milwaukee to bowl in the Women's State Tournament from Green Bay, I got a "low tire pressure" indicator on my car. This was the closest Sam's Club I could find on our route. I stopped in the Tire Center and explained what was going on to BJ. He asked me to pull around and he would check which tire was causing problems and put in some air in to get us by. He found a nail in one of my tires, he said they would fix it but it would take alittle bit (he knew we were under a time crunch to get to the tournament). We waited for the tire to get fixed and were able to get to the tournament on time. I am so grateful to BJ for his help; the story may have ended differently if BJ wouldn't have taken the time to help us out. Thanks again BJ for the awesome customer service. You rock!”
“Had a little friend date night on Friday night that was filled with wandering around Costco, shopping for the house, snagging some groceries, and munching on a few snacks. I always love the service here! All of the employees are super sweet and helpful. The store is always spotless and very organized. We got chocolate covered strawberries for $1.50 a piece! What a deal! Best and cleanest Costco around”

“The techs here are fantastic, and because they are fantastic, they are super busy. I've seen reviews where it's like "they were rude on the phone" and my experience is that they are very brisk because they have so many people to serve. They take their lunch breaks at like 1:30 to 2:30, and especially on weekends, they usually have to close the pharmacy to do so, they have signs everywhere and are generally very prompt at returning, so I for one appreciate the consistency.”
