I have sat on the phone trying to get ahold of someone. I have spent almost a hour in a half on hold between like 4 calls. They don't even pick up. Just keep you on hold.

I find it very unprofessional to receive someone else's finance agreement in the mail. Leading me to believe someone else has probably received mine with all my personal information on it. As a financial institute I expect better and for them to be more responsible.
