What happened to Walgreens? They used to be a very good and reliable pharmacy. Now they just really don’t seem to care. I have had a pharmacy technician hang up on me and they also have screwed up many of my medications in the past. I finally had enough and I will not use them ever again.

I really am curious to know what is the “proper procedure” (as she rudely claims) to fill a simple prescription that takes HOURS!! Some of the pharmacy staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I will look elsewhere that are professional and kind to their customers.

Out of stock on prescription. Can't get a hold of anyone at pharmacy to discuss. You just stay on hold forever.
