Worst service at the pharmacy dept. They made me wait for almost one hour after saying my prescription would be ready in 20-30 min, and at the end I couldn’t even get it, so they asked me to come back later

Absolute worst customer service.
Had my hands full and they wouldn't help me, then after begging everything and my hands are completely full they ask me to take the basket back. The pharmacy said they would have my mother-in-law's prescriptions at 4. At 4:45 they had only one. She's 81 and dying of cancer and they were so incredibly rude. Moving our business elsewhere.

Walgreens in general is an awful company, but this location is one of the few that does it right. Friendly, professional staff and fast service both in the front and at the pharmacy. Their customer service is commendable.

This Walgreen has clowns for employees working here they are rude, inefficient and unhelpful to the highest extent. They use technicalities to not help you and excuses.
The pharmacist I spoke to told me ‘oh we cannot get to the insurance and we cannot refill the prescription anything else I can do for you” ? I explained to her we need a single dose to get by tonight for my autistic son who stays awake the whole night without his medication. We were not asking for narcotics just his medication prescribed to him by his doctor and he is on Medicaid and yes you are going to get your money. Then they went on to tell they would have to make a “whole suspension” for one dose and that was not possible.
Long story short with zero empathy and care she went on some on with some tutored corporate rant , as to how the single dose was not possible.
The bottomline is that with the destruction of the mom and pop stores by these evil corporates this malaise called Walgreen we have gotton used to a substandard experience waiting on the phone for an employee for 20 mins has become the norm and then if you have to talk to a manager thats another 20.
Walgreens needs to be isolated and discarded and reduced to bankruptcy- till they value their customers. There are other local pharmacies which will deliver the medications to your home without a fee, do your research they are local.
Walgreens you suck and because of you my child will suffer and not in this lifetime will I step in your store. Support local and spread the word thank you.

The worst pharmacy. I haven’t seen a pharmacist more rude than at this pharmacy. Normally pharmacists are very sympathetic & listen to customers but the one here is worst. Will never send my prescription here

I ordered pick up and was given the option to pick up in drive thru or photo counter. I chose drive thru. The lady pharmacist was absolutely terrible. She denied giving me my order within seconds of me pulling up. “You have to come in, I don’t have it, I don’t do that.” And looked at me like I was redicilous for even choosing that option. Curbside is no longer an option and I have several children I can not leave in the car. I will not be coming to this Walgreens again.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating, I would. They are inefficient, rude and don't care a bit about their customers. I can't count how many serious issues I have had with them. I am done. As a pharmacist myself, I am appalled at how they treat me. I spent over a half hour waiting to pick up a prescription that was not only ready, but also paid for. When I finally got to the checkout, she kept telling me to enter my phone number over and over for their rewards, which I don't use. When I got perturbed, the pharmacist threatened to not give me my prescription. I'm a little old lady for gosh sake. I see why Walgreens is in trouble. With employees like that, I hope they go out of business.

Don’t go here for vaccinations or shots. These guys messed up my wife’s shot and gave her covid vaccination even after she asked them before they injected the syringe. No accountability as well and case was silently closed. She had vaccine side effect (because of different covid vaccine brands) for which we had to pay out of our pocket to get it checked from a doctor and sorted.

Really upset that they fill prescriptions offsite now. This causes a delay in receiving my medication when it defeats the purpose of doing business as a pharmacy. At this rate it’s better to go to a different pharmacy. One that actually fills your scripts.

If you’re sick and need a prescription I suggest going elsewhere. Called at 2 for prescription, was told they are working on it - come in 30 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and sat in car line only to be told it wasn’t ready they were working on it. It will be 30 minutes. I went home and came back an hour later - again car slow line and was told it’s not ready, i was told I should go behind the bushes and we will waive you back in line when it’s ready. I ask, how long before it’s ready if I don’t want to wait behind the bushes? They said 6pm which was 2.5 hours away. They really have no interest in helping fill a prescription or communicating effectively.

I really wish this Walgreens was 24 hours. The pharmacy staff is always kind when I get my prescriptions filled here, and over the phone they are very helpful and don’t rush me off abruptly before being sure to answer if I have questions about a delayed prescription.

Coworker was very rude. She threw our items across the counter and took the money out of our hand aggressively. We also asked for a bag and was not given one. Very dissatisfied

If your health is important to you, don't trust Walgreens for prescriptions. They may have some good pharmacists but they overwork them and they are so understaffed that poorly trained pharmacy techs do way too much of the important stuff. If they can't pronounce the names of your medications, they shouldn't even be selling them to you. Even my illegal drug dealer in the 1970s could pronounce the names of his products. But for the stuff you might want to get at the drug store, like cellophane tape, envelopes, candy bars, hand lotion, or foot powder, this is one of the better Walgreens.
