I have always received very good service. I've been coming to this Walgreens for over 20 years now, and everybody has always treated me well. The pharmacy works hard and they do their best to get you all your prescriptions and I have only positive things to say about them, especially my favorite Stephanie. It's very disappointing that people don't give reviews because this Walgreens has thousands of customers that would give them high marks and 5 stars.

This used to be my favorite pharmacy! In the past year this place has been more than terrible! I’ve called 3 times today and sat on hold for over 20 min each time. Not one person has even picked up the phone to say hold please! Unbelievable! Online it says my antibiotic is running behind. I’ve called to check to make sure they have it and no answer? No way to get ahold of them through the phone? I didn’t even know that was possible! Do not go here! They clearly don’t care.

Whoever wrote the pharmacists and technicians are the best is wrong. My daughter went there to get a flu shot and her insurance would not allow it . Then she wanted to pay and the rude ugly technician told her that’s not allowed either. She needed a flu shot for work and this technician was extremely rude because my daughter has state insurance maybe Walgreens should stop taking state insurance then they would have no business. The store is ok but I don't know how they allow this type of bee to work here.? I’ve never saw anything more ridiculous and I’m glad my daughter did not get her shot there it is most likely a generic shot and not safe anyways.

I love Walgreens. Their shopping area has just about evpharmacieserything, you would need. Even frozen meals.Their pharmacies are the best. Their pharmacists and technicians are the best. Always helpful.

Just the typical understaffed place of business who can't seem to do their job correctly. Opted in what seems like 5 times for a phone call or reminder when medication is ready and they still will not alert me. I showed up and apparently they need a phone call coming from an out of state provider, but only after the first order has already went through. None of this was communicated to me on my end until I showed up for pick up the third time. If you value time and communication, this pharmacy will not suit you.

What is going on with this store. Since January of 2022 I have not been able to get one script filled without a million issues. Everything is a partial fill and they say they will have the rest in a couple days but never do. Ontop of that they are rude. Every person you speak with tells you something different. On line they list it as an ins issues when its not. I end up having to have my doctor resend the scripts to pick n save and they fill them with no issues which says alot. Something is going on with this store and walgreens. Save yourself time and alot of headaches and have your scripts sent to another pharmacy.

Staff is terrible.And covid tests are too expensive. 6 months ago they were $15. now they are $24! These should be almost $10 at most. This is stupid!

Wife and Mother in Law spent 3 hours waiting (after confirmed sent by Urgent Care) for a simple antibiotic because the tech couldn't figure out how to look up title 19 insurance. Hint, its fully covered, and they don't like giving a few pills away, even when you offer to pay cash. Finally the new girl arrived and resolved the problem in no time. So tired of lazy unprofessional people who don't care about customers. STAY AWAY.

Slower service than a sloth. Had to wait at least 15 min drive thru to pick prescription several times and then gives me less quantity than prescribed.

Staff needs better training. Had an item at checkout and when scan, it was priced higher then what was listed. Have had this issue on the same item before at other Walgreens. The staff checked and confirm the lower price was the correct price but said she would not be able to sell the item. Staff at this location needs better training.

Stopped in on Thanksgiving for some medicine. The store was clean and well kept. I was in and out quickly. There was a very friendly female cashier which made the experience enjoyable for a convenience store. Very convenient location on the corner near New Berlin and Brookfield. Would return again.
