The venue was clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the awful food. The meat was undercooked and felt like rubber with zero flavor.

I came here for the Divine Consign convention and was impressed with the setup. I usually hate going to big events like this because of the parking but there was ample space and I had no trouble finding a spot right up front. The space was very clean and the event itself was run very smoothly.COVID Precautions: There was signage signify that it was a mask zone and all event employees and guests for the most part were abiding by it.

This is the newest conference center and development in the Brookfield Square Mall area. Its located across from the south end of the mall, where the former Sears is now the Movie Tavern. It's a beautiful building with great practical design. The building has a modern, yet an inviting feel with high ceilings and bright lighting. There are plenty of parking spots in a well lit parking lot. Masks are required and hand sanitizer stations are available. I attended the 'Divine Consign' event at this location, which was well laid out with social distancing kept in mind. There's a Hilton hotel attached via a walkway on the ground level, which is ideal for event planners & attendees for colder temps and out of town guests. FYI There is only one main entrance from my experience on the far left side of the building, unless you were to enter from the Hilton Hotel attached.
